Home description
This spacious apartment has been totally refurbished to a high standard & comes complete with all new furniture. Definitely the best apartment on a quiet complex with 24 hr security, the closest to the Pool (10 yds) and the Sea (100 yds) and therefore offering unrestricted views.
There is a Supermarket on site and a pool bar serving refreshments and some wonderful restaurants offering wonderful cuisine at unbelievable prices. For those who prefer the nightlife a short Taxi ride costing £1.50 takes you to the heart of Costa Teguise and a choice of Night Clubs offering dancing and happy hours that never seem to end.
The Apartment can comfortably sleep 4,however there are two Single beds and also two Double sofa beds giving a possible occupancy of 6,if a little cramped, We like to recommend 2 adults and 2/3 children. Costa Teguise has the only golf course on the island (5 mins by car) and for the children the Islands only Water Park also less than 5 minutes away. It’s all there.

The second largest town in lanzarote the largest being Porta Del Carmen. Costa teguise is a beautiful costal town offering year round sunshine and fantastic sea views, although not as busy or noisy as PUERTO.DEL.CARMEN Costa teguise has it all including 6-8 nightclubs a golf course and the islands only water park .
Costa Teguise / Playa Roca area
Costa Tequise is located on the central east coast of Lanzarote and is one of the islands main tourist resorts. Being 14km from Arrecife Airport it is easy to reach and is also a convenient place from which to explore the islands tourist and cultural attractions
The island’s historic capital of Teguise, 12km inland, is well worth a visit especially on a Sunday when there is a market in the centre of town. The resort is well situated to explore the many tourist attractions in the North of Lanzarote, such as the Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua and the Jardin de Cactus.
Costa Teguise is well served for beaches with some fine golden sand and like the rest of the island of Lanzarote, the Costa Teguise weather is usually very good all year round.
Windsurfing is a major pastime in Costa Teguise with visitors and residents alike. There are a number of windsurfing schools, Costa Teguise currently has the only golf course on the island
There is no shortage of shops with plenty of jewelers, discount electrical stores and general gift shops offering genuine tax savings.
The many food shops and supermarkets within the resort stock a good range of international produce whilst a variety of fine restaurants are available for those who prefer to dine out.some recomendations are available to you in the apartment
Costa Teguise nightlife can be classed as lively but not rowdy. Restaurants are open until late and there is a good selection of bars

Large, modern, well-equipped kitchen and dining area with views out to the terrace and swimming pool A beautiful living room with Sky TV package, there is also a video player with a selection of good movies. large, open terrace once again with sea views. A safe is provided for the use of guests.
The complex features an excellent selection of amenities with two swimming pools, pool bars, restaurant, supermarket.There is also a fully fitted gymnassium for the more active and also a tennis court (these however may have to be booked in advance).

On arrival at the apartment you will immediately be taken by the un-restricted sea views and the convenience of the swimming pool (only 10 yds) away, the supermarket on site has a wide range of essentials and you will not be disappointed at the prices. The Tuscan apartments are situated right next to the King of Spain’s villa and from time to time you can see a helicopter arriving bringing the Kings family out for a Holiday, why not give them a wave (they might wave back) Enjoy, enjoy, its all here for you to discover.

lovely days but some cold nights when we were there in january so oil heater was great....many thanks would reccomend highly but a little cold at night in jan will be back in june and are looking forward to it already Keith and Mary Alliston
Just back from two weeks there and it was just grand weather was fantastic burnt to a crisp in the 1st week food was wonderful with prices way cheaper than at home beer very cheap and great wines for next to nothing the apartment was very clean a credit to the cleaner a lovely lass . all things considered it was great and we will definitely be back ..Helen and George Wixted
