Accommodation consists of double bedroom, bathroom with shower, fully fitted open plan kitchen/diner, lounge with double sofa bed, satellite TV, and spacious balcony. Only 15 minutes from airport, a great location to enjoy a very relaxing holiday for families, friends or couples.
It is very safe for children as there are no roads to cross to the beach. Very good selection of good quality family restaurants, shops & bars all within 200mtrs. Only 10 minutes stroll along seafront promenade to the more lively centre of resort. It is a pleasant, easy, walk along the seafront promenade, with no traffic! You'll enjoy a very relaxing holiday.

Costa Teguise is suitable for all ages. There are many beaches to choose from, all within walking distance. Restaurants cater for all tastes and pockets. There are many bars which provide evening entertainment and hotels are quite happy for people to join in their entertainment.

The Costa Teguise / Playa Bastian area
Costa Tequise is located on the central east coast of Lanzarote and is one of the islands main tourist resorts. Being 15km from Arrecife Airport it is easy to reach and is also a convenient place from which to explore the islands tourist and cultural attractions, as well as the northern fishing villages of Arrieta and Orzola.
The island’s historic capital of Teguise, 12km inland, is well worth a visit especially on a Sunday when there is a market in the centre of town. The resort is well situated to explore the many tourist attractions in the North of Lanzarote, such as the Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua and the Jardin de Cactus.
Costa Teguise is well served for beaches with some fine golden sand and like the rest of the island of Lanzarote, the Costa Teguise weather is usually very good all year round.
Windsurfing is a major pastime in Costa Teguise with visitors and residents alike. There are a number of windsurfing schools, shops and equipment rental companies clustered around the beach at Las Cucharas. Most levels of experience are catered for, from beginners upwards.
Costa Teguise currently has the only golf course on the island although more are under construction making this an ideal destination for golf in the sun all year round.
There is no shortage of shops with plenty of jewellers, discount electrical stores and general gift shops offering genuine tax savings.
The many food shops and supermarkets within the resort stock a good range of international produce whilst a variety of fine restaurants are available for those who prefer to dine out.
Costa Teguise night life can be classed as lively but not rowdy. Restaurants are open until late and there is a good selection of bars.

Clean enough, but not enough towels to last a week for three people. Bed solid and pull out bed not the comfiest. Complex is beautiful but swimming pool not heated because heater is not strong enough for size of pool, and you really do need it heated. Pool was absolutely freezing. Location is a small walk to centre but the walk is stunning. Beach area is beautiful. People are great and it felt safe enough to let kids do own thing. Love Lanzarote but just not this complex due to pool. Sorry. |

"We found the apartment clean and tidy, the small touch of a bottle of wine, water and milk for us on arrival was unexpected but a very welcome suprise. The view from the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens was great. We found the apartment to have all the comforts you would expect and more. A great base for Costa Teguise, only 5mins walk to centre. For dining out Oscars is a must, across the road the cavern bar even sold Stella.
We would certainly recomend to anyone looking for a place in the area and would be our 1st choice if we returned."
