Home description
Luxury villa complete with fully fitted wardrobes in bedroom and double bed, bathroom with bath, over shower, bidet and toilet, dressing area, with double sinks, fully equipped kitchen, complete with oven, hob, mircrowave, kettle, toaster, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. A further drop down double bed and double bed settee in the lounge area, complete with dining table and chairs. There is a TV, along with DVD Player, coffee table, and table lamps, with an easy chair. Outside there is a patio area with table and chairs, and built in BBQ. There is parking at the rear. The patio overlooks the swimming pools and is close to reception.

The Lanzarote region
This is an all year round destination and suits young and old alike. There is always a wind which can be beneficial when its very hot. There is a very popular Sunday Market in old Tequise which is a bus ride away costing approx 2 Euros each way. The Timanfaya mountain is also a very good day out, as is the Rancho Texas in Puerto Del Carmen. The local beach offer wind surfing for the sporty type, cycles etc can be hired in the local shops. Basically the whole of the Island is well worth seeing.
Costa Teguise area
Costa Tequise is a small town with various shops, bars and restaurants offering a viariety of choices for the tourist.
There is an on site gym, and spa. Reception hires out various items such as DVD's , mobility scooters etc. The local bus stop is just outside the resort, the golf course is 5 minutes away in a taxi. The waterpark is about the same distance. There are various shops, bars, restaurants and night clubs scattered about the town all within walking distance. There is a public beach outside the resort and plenty of nice walks and excellent for cycling. It about 25 minutes away from Puerto Del Carmen, and 45 mins away from Playa Blanca, which has daily ferries to Fuerteventura.
How to get there
Flights available from flightfares@aol.com for best prices. Car hire for our guests will receive 20% discount if booking via reservas@autofameras.com. Take a taxi at the airport and ask for Sands Beach Resort 20 minute ride cost about 20 to 25 Euros. Walk through reception and turn right onto Montana Plaza - villa 24 is directly in front facing the pools.

Further details indoors: The villa is suitable for families, and people with limited disabilities, as its close to the reception area and the on site shop and exit areas of the resort. Its also close to the car park. The resort is a quiet, suitable for all ages. It is light and airy, and extremely comfortable and relaxing.

£100 non-refundable deposit on booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to holiday. £150 deposit to cover damage to property, which will be refunded in full after holiday is taken if no damage is found on the property. £30 cleaning costs.
