About the home

Lovely private comfortable apartment of 58m2 in a little complex in first line, situated in front of the "Las Cucharas beach", the apartment is on the first floor of the building, at the same level than the swimming pool.
The apartment has a big double bedroom.

The living room has an L shaped sofa where 2 people can sleep but it is also possible to make it into a big bed.The kitchen comes with a fridge/freezer, microwavve, electric hob, toaster and kettle.

The bathroom has a full bath with shower, washbasin and toilet.
A safe is also available to store your valuables.

In the sofa 2 people can sleep alone (sofa in L) but we can also do a big bed 140 x 190 cm.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is a lovely Island where the sun shine all year.It is situated in the most eastearn Island of the canarian archipelo in front of africa, it is Spanish.
The climat is nice ,all year sunny and warm , a perfect place to have a break during the winter!.

The Costa Teguise area

Costa teguise is the best spot for windsurfers LAS CUCHARAS BEACH , you have also the course of golf at 4 kms , renting montain bikes , trekking, diving , fishing, it is a great place for the sport and also for relax holiday.
You have a supermarket at 50 metres , restaurants and bar at few minutes.
It is in the middle of the island situated on the east coast and the beach is clean and safe! ideal for children

“A little gem” We had a wonderful week here, with lovely Martine very kindly transporting us to and from the airport. The apartment is really well located and peaceful - having everything we needed. We have already booked to go back - can't wait!

“We must come back here again!” What a start to Christmas, we were recommended a marvelous apartment to chill out in which is owned by two of the nicest people you could wish to meet and this is a remark you read in the revues every time. But although this was a holiday my wife and I had prior to Christmas this is a place for any time of the year where you can guarantee having a superb time. This is assured by two people who seem to make it their sole aim to give you the best in accommodation and personal service, if and I say if you have any problem whatsoever with one phone call Martine or Olivier will be at your side within minutes. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for comfort or enjoyment with the extra convenience of being handy for all other amenities without exertion. Before we were picked up by Martine to take us back to the airport for our flight my wife said "We must come back here again", a remark she has never made so seriously about any holiday we have had before! So thank you Martine and Olivier for making our stay so memorable, we certainly hope to see you again.

“ABSOUTE PERFECTION” My husband and I have just returned from a week's stay in this totally ideal apartment . From the first enquiry to the 'Hope you had a safe journey home' email the whole booking procedure was quick and easy For us by far it was one of the best apartments - with access to our large terrace from both the bedroom and sitting area. Fully equipped with tv ,brand new washing machine , powerful shower , new bathroom and perfect sized kitchen and dining area. The apartment overlooks t he pool and the sea views are delightful.Although situated in a busy bar,restaurant, supermarket area everwhere closes before or around midnight so no absolutely no noise whatsoever.It was completely perfect for us with Martine collecting/returning us to the airport.We will definitely be returning ,in fact this was our 18th visit to Costa Teguise and this was our favourite apartment by far.Reasonably priced,great views marvellous location .What more do you want ? Merci beaucoup Martine.C'est magnifique !!

“Lovely bright comfortable apartment, in a perfect location.” Wow what a find, spent hours looking for an apartment in Lanzarote which was reasonable in price and close to beach and bars. This is a beautifully clean one bed apartment which has a massive comfortable bed with loads of wardrobe space. Living room comfortable and bright with lots of extra like English books, radio etc with big patio doors leading to a fantastic roof terrace. Terrace looked right over the sea, so close you could see the waves and view the coastline for miles. Pool was warm, plenty of sunbeds to choose from.. Couldn't stop grinning to myself when we wandered into local hotels and saw the same old british thing of no sunbeds available. The location of the complex was above some shops which seems quite typical for Costa Tequise. Travel Agents to book trips, supermarket, bars and restaurants below the complex (no noisy disco) and couldn't be heard from the bedroom as this was at the front of the building. This place is just in the best location for everything and yet gives total peace and quiet on the complex. Owners collect and deliver you to the airport (no charge) even left me a hair dryer as I had no space in my case..........what more can I say.
