A car is not essential a car for stays at this property as all amenities are in walking distance. The property has been furnished to a high standard and would be suitable for families & couples of all ages looking for a self-catering holiday in luxurious and comfortable accommodation. The villa comprises of a spacious fully equipped kitchen/dining room with American style fridge, full size oven and hob, dishwasher and all usual small appliances.
There is a step down into the lounge area which opens out to the private pool & wooden decking with stairs up to the roof terrace where you can find the BBQ & garden furniture along with fantastic sea views.
The bedroom with two single beds and the main bathroom are also on the ground floor. Upstairs is the master bedroom with en suite shower room.
The sofa in the lounge can provide a second double bed.
All linen and towels are provided.

A deposit of 30% on booking and the remaining 70% a month before arrival. You are able to pay by bank transfer or credit card.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote off the northwestern coast of Africa is blessed with abundant sunshine & cooling trade winds, volcanic peaks & stunning child friendly beaches some of fine white sand & others of black volcanic sand. The Island is 37 miles long & 20 wide & is a perfect year round destination for sun seekers & water sports enthusiasts, there are some great spots for diving snorkeling, windsurf, kitesurf & surf.
The Costa Teguise / Las Cucharas area
Nearby attractions include; The islands only only water park, a Friday evening market, The famous local artist Cesar Manrique's House, Jameos del Agua, Cactus Garden, Mirador del Rio, Green Caves etc. The villa is in a residential area next to Las Cucharas beach this boasts one of the best family beaches on the island which has a promenade, restaurant, toilets and shower facilities. There is also great sports facilities at the beach where you can windsurf, boogie board, sea kayak and for your comfort there are rentable sun loungers and shades.
Lanzarote island has a unique volcanic landscape and you are able to enjoy the unusual black sand beaches and the scenic luna type mountain ranges. The historic village of Teguise is just 15 mins by car, there you can take a stroll through the meandering lanes and watch local artists at work or visit the Sunday Market. The island's capital and airport is 15 minutes drive (Just 20-25 Euros by Taxi). The island's only 18 hole golf course, is just behind Costa Teguise past the water park.

You are able to take a Taxi from the airport or we can arrange a VIP pick up which includes a bottle sparkling wine so you arrive in style at your villa.
We can also arrange car hire for you & can send you detailed directions. If you have any problem en-route then just call!! The house is approx 15 mins drive from the airport.

Beach House, We have just had 6 weeks at the Beach House in Costa Teguise. This villa is so conveniently placed for everything in Costa Teguise it was brilliant a few minutes walk to lovely restaurants and bars and a minutes walk to the lovely beach. The villa is tastefully decorated and had everything we needed for a long stay. We felt it was a home from home,comfortable. We had our family over at different times during our stay and there was ample room for everyone. Michelle and Tila were brilliant about me using the computor at the office and if we needed anything they were there straight away. I mustn't forget to say thank-you to Sarah at the office she was very helpful in lots of ways. Thank you all again for a lovely holiday. Peter and Diana
Me and family were the 1st holiday makers to stay at the "beach house" earlier this year,this is probably the best villa you can get in the area due to the quality and location as it is just a few metres off the beach.Very helpful owners should you require anything.Have rebooked to stay in september for 2 weeks and also for a further week in october!!!
