About the home

Very clean and comfortable one bed apartment with satellite TV, full kitchen with microwave. Best of all the location is superb; the complex is a quiet residential mix of bungalows and apartments and is 80 yrds from Playa Bastian beach, and within 5 minutes walk to 2 other beaches and the small vibrant town centre of Costa Teguise; that has so many restaurants you will be spoiled for choice

Comprises of one bedroom with twin beds; bathroom with bath, shower, washhand basin, toilet and bidet; living room with kitchen including cooker, hob, microwave, fridge. the lounge area has table and four chairs, satellite TV sofa and a sofa bed. A door extends to the private terrace area.

The site is absolutely immaculate with three swimming pools ; one of which is heated in winter months. There are 2 poolside bars, serving drinks and snacks and an on site restaurant. You will be very pleased with just how clean, safe and beautiful the whole site is.

Lanzarote benefits from year round sun and the temperature rarely falls below 70 Farenheit. The island has some excellent beaches and a fascinating dramatic volcanic interior. Timanfaya national park is well worth visiting.

Costa Teguise has everything a family or couple could wish for on a holiday. It has a vibrant centre with many restaurants. The atmosphere is fantastic with cocktail bars and a real pavement cafe culture. Friday night has an open air market.

Flights to Lanzarote go from most major and regional airports, for best prices use the net and teletext.The resort of Costa Teguise is only a 15 minute taxi ride from Arrecife airport, which will cost around 12 euros. The apartment is situated on the quiet residential complex of Playa Bastian which is a mixture of privately owned bungalows and apartments.

“Lovely apartment in a great complex” Took my son here for our first holiday abroad and we had a fantastic time - the apartment is very well-equipped and spotless, and the complex itself is wonderfully safe, quiet and clean. It was so nice to be able to stroll down the path to the beach, and it's only a short walk from town, although there are restaurants and shops on the road where the complex is off anyway. There was plenty of information about local amenities in a folder provided by the owners, and all of the main excursion operators pick up from across the road so it's easy to get about and see the island. Would definitely recommend this for anyone wanting a relaxing, easy time of it.
