Our apartment is situated in Costa Teguise. It has a double bedroom and a twin bedroom. The property has spacious lounge/dining area which leads to the first private terrace.There is a new LED tv installed. A new sat system is also installed which receives UK channels, BBC, ITV etc.The double bedroom also has a separate terrace which means all day sun! There is a new air-conditioning system installed throughout the property for extra comfort.There is a separate kitchen with all mod cons. The property has a bathroom with a walk-in shower.The property is wheelchair accessible. This apartment would be ideal for a family holiday as it is spacious and near all the amenities in Costa Teguise.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is a popular sun destination which promises year round sun .The rugged Island boasts beautiful beaches and some quality restaurants. The islanders are very family orientated and friendly to tourists.
The Costa Teguise area
Costa Teguise is the ideal location for a family holiday . There is a water park for the kids and a very good golf course for the adults. The local bars and restaurants are very good and welcome children. The beach is within ten minutes of the apartment. The atmosphere in the town is very friendly and relaxed.

From the uk most budget carriers fly to Lanzarote as well as a scheduled service from British Airways. From Ireland , It is mostly charter airlines but Aer Lingus have a scheduled service from Dublin.
Car hire is cheap approx 100 euro per week. Car hire is not necessary in Costa Teguise but you may like to explore the rest of the island.

Very comfortable, the washing machine was a big help. Good pool area and only 5-10mins walk to the main beach area. Would definitely reccommend. |

“Lovely apartment, very spacious and clean. We were a party of 5, two couples plus a baby and it is easiy big enough to accommodate. Quiet residential area but only minutes from bars and shops. I would recommend especially if you like walking - its about 20mins to resort centre, which we enjoyed walking down. A bit difficult at night in the wind with a buggy, but taxi's are very cheap and easy to get too! I echo a previous reviewer that the lack of a bath is not good for babies (we took our 9 month old), but its easily solved - buy an inflatable dinghy and use that!
Overall, I would definitely recommend for families.”

“Great accomadation everything you need under one roof , clean and comfortable only ten minute walk to a beautiful beach and plenty of bars and resturants. The complex is well maintained and felt very safe, plenty of room for a family I strongly recommend this apartment .We will definately be booking again.”
