Costa Teguise area
Costa Tequise is located on the central east coast of Lanzarote and is one of the islands main tourist resorts. Being 15km from Arrecife Airport it is easy to reach and is also a convenient place from which to explore the islands tourist and cultural attractions, as well as the northern fishing villages of Arrieta and Orzola.
The island’s historic capital of Teguise, 12km inland, is well worth a visit especially on a Sunday when there is a market in the centre of town. The resort is well situated to explore the many tourist attractions in the North of Lanzarote, such as the Cueva de los Verdes, Jameos del Agua and the Jardin de Cactus.
Costa Teguise is well served for beaches with some fine golden sand and like the rest of the island of Lanzarote, the Costa Teguise weather is usually very good all year round.
Windsurfing is a major pastime in Costa Teguise with visitors and residents alike. There are a number of windsurfing schools, shops and equipment rental companies clustered around the beach at Las Cucharas. Most levels of experience are catered for, from beginners upwards.
Costa Teguise currently has the only golf course on the island although more are under construction making this an ideal destination for golf in the sun all year round.
There is no shortage of shops with plenty of jewelers, discount electrical stores and general gift shops offering genuine tax savings.
The many food shops and supermarkets within the resort stock a good range of international produce whilst a variety of fine restaurants are available for those who prefer to dine out.
Costa Teguise nightlife can be classed as lively but not rowdy. Restaurants are open until late and there is a good selection of bars, both British and local style, in the resort.

Villa Lufema is 12km from the airport. Directions and maps to the villa will be sent to you when your booking is confirmed. If you contact us we can also arrange car hire and transfers for you, along with flights and travel insurance.

Further details indoors: The accommodation, which is on two levels, comprising on the ground floor of an entrance hall, spacious lounge, separate dining room and fully fitted breakfast kitchen. There one twin bedroom and a shower room on this level. Stairs from the hallway lead to a gallery landing giving access to the master double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Both the first floor bedrooms have large individual balconies. The villa is very comfortable, being furnished and equipped throughout to a high standard. Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, DVD Player and a Stereo system.

Outside there is a large split level terrace, equipped with patio table and chairs and a brick built barbecue making an ideal ‘alfresco’ dining area. Extensive sun terraces and ornamental gardens surround a 8m x 4m swimming pool. This can be heated if required, at a small extra charge. Sun beds and parasols are provided. The convenient location near to the resort centre make this an ideal choice for a carefree holiday.

I would like to take the time to thank you for a very enjoyable holiday in Lanzarote. Everything went entirely to plan without any problems at all, the car hire service was very good, but above all the location,quality, and cleanlinessof the villa was excellent. We were contacted / visitedby Rosemary within 48 hours of our arrival to ensure everything was ok for us and I must say she made us feel very welcome and put our minds to rest should we encounter any problems at all as nothing would be too much trouble for her. I have no reservations in recommending your holidays to family / friends and I am sure we will be using your services again in the near future
