About the home

Very large (80 sqm) bungalow-apartment in a residential area, surrounded by palm & cactus gardens,of Costa Teguise.
One double bedroom with double bed,separate kitchen, large lounge with double sofa-bed...all of the pieces very luminous. 10 minutes walking to Playa Bastian and 15 minutes walking to the center of the town.
Two terraces, one with sun beds and the other with a table and chairs to eating "al fresco"

Conditions

20% in advance to assure the reservation, the rest at the delivery of the keys.
We charge 15,-€ per person to the total of the stay for the final cleaning.

The Lanzarote region

Fly to Arrecife (Lanzarote´s airport) - Los Veroles bungalow is 15 minutes driving from the airport.
Local buses run regularly between Arrecife and the town.
There are always local taxis available - fare should be no more than 25 euros from/to the airport

“best rental ever” brilliant 6 week stay,villa was spotless,did not need to buy anything to enjoy our stay.Pepe&Cati the owners live just round corner but left you to do your own thing,they could not be nicer.both patio areas were great suntraps.the back one in the morning and back one in a fternoon.will definately book next year.Lesley &Dave

“Brilliant accommodation, everything we needed....... Loved it!” Brilliant Accomodation. It was clean, spacious and close to the beach (5 mins walk). Cati and Pepe were Very helpful! The children had a great time we all Loved it, it was Perfect.

“A PROPER HOME FROM HOME” We would recommend this lovely bungalow for a holiday vacation ,we spent 10 days at the beginning of november 2012 there, its quite a spacious,peaceful and relaxing place, a proper home from home,there are restaraunts and bars within 5 min walk and only 10- 15 minutes walk to the beach or 20 minutes to the centre of costa teguise-fully equipt with electrical goods(the washing machine came in very handy) taxi ranks and bus stops at the end of the road make it handy to go further afield. The hosts Pepe and Cati made you feel very welcome and were on hand for our late arrival, and are always near if you require anything-would definatley go back again
