Not your standard galley kitchen, for the client wishing to cook on holiday villa Isis is extremely well equipped. There is also a built in patio BBQ. For the clients who would struggle to make a cup of coffee in the mornings a short 3 minute walk to the first of the resorts fine eateries and café bars could be the start of every day.

Villa Laura has 3 full bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On entering the villa hallway to your left and right are located the bedrooms, 1 king and 2 twins. To the rear of the hallway, right is the villas fully fitted kitchen and to the left the villa lounge looking over looking the pool and patio area. The family lounge with leather sofa’s and imported Mexican furniture. TV with Satellite film and children’s channels in English. DVD, VCR and CD Midi all on hand. The villa has a south facing orientation, its pool and patio positioned for the maximum possible sunshine.
Cleaning and maid services:-
A mid stay clean on day 3 or 4 changing villa towels with a full maid service on day 7 with all linen and towels. The pool and Jacuzzi technician will normally follow the same pattern. Beach towels will be provided at the start of your holiday.

A fully heated pool with both electrical and solar heating to guarantee pool temperatures with natural sea salt chlorination. A shaded pergola area covers the outside Alfresco dinning area with mahogany garden furniture looking over the pool. The pool has sunken “Roman” steps in the water for easy access. Villa Laura is a detached bungalow property ideal for couples and families alike and for those in any holiday party who would have difficulties walking, all on one level including the patio and pool area.

For that special occasion flowers and champagne purchased locally can be arranged awaiting your arrival.

A free no obligation booking reference secured by your own home telephone number can be given while your flights are obtained. It is understood large parties sometimes require more time to organise, we are realistic and offer 3 to 4 days. Once flights are confirmed a 10% deposit is then required with the holiday balance 8 weeks before your departure.

The Lanzarote region
Lanzarote is located just 62 miles off the coast of Africa and which lies on the same line of longitude as parts of Mexico and Florida. An all year sunshine destination Lanzarote has so much more to offer than just bucket and spade beach holidays.
Thanks to the efforts of an island born artist and architect – Cesar Manrique – who guided the controlled evolution of tourism on this small speck of Spain. Lanzarote now has UNESCO Biosphere Reserve status.
The Costa Teguise / Las Calas area
Costa Teguise is situated on the north eastern side of Lanzarote, not far from the Capital Arrecife and approximately a 15 to 20 minutes drive from the airport by car. Costa Teguise offers all types of activities and accommodations from hotels to private holiday rentals, which makes it one of the most attractive tourist areas on the island of Lanzarote and a favourite destination for families.
Some of the most appealing traits about Costa Teguise are its recreational facilities which include a large variety of watersports activities, a golf course and a water park. There are several windsurfing schools in the areas of Jabillo avenue and the Cucharas Beach.
Costa Teguise's cultural and sporting events have grown in the last few years. Among the events are the Costa Music Festival in September, PWA Windsurfing World Championships at Cucharas Beach in June, and the Brazilian Music Festival in June.
Other major attractions drawing holidaymakers to Costa Teguise are the beaches. Cucharas beach is the one most preferred by windsurfers while Bastian Beach is preferred by families with small children, as it is easy to get to and protected from the winds. Although smaller than the other beaches, Jablillo beach is also nice with fine white sand.
If exploring Costa Teguise, a visit the Pueblo Marinero fishing village, a cluster of typical Canarian buildings, is worth a visit. Restaurants, bars, pubs and shops are a plenty and a market is held every Friday from 19:00 hours.
Improvements have been made to the infrastructure of Costa Teguise over the years with much better access, sinage and tourist facilities - the Costa Teguise tourist office can be found at the edge of the Pueblo Marinero.

Flights to Lanzarote (Arrecife or ACE airport code) are available most days of the week from the UK. The most popular flight days are Thursdays and Sundays from the main international and regional airports.
There are many companies that offer flights to Lanzarote including most of the main carriers direct to the general public. This can be by far the cheapest option. A Google search or similar would produce most of the available flights.
Shop around for travel insurance, purchasing with the flight can be a costly option. A quick search before your flight search would give you the heads up on most of the available options. It can be cheaper to take out a yearly policy in some instances rather than a single trip deal.
Transfer to the resort is approx 20 minutes by car. Local taxis are available at the airport and will cost approximately 20 Euros. There are also several major car hire companies based at the airport.

Subject to the 2, 4 & 6 persons rates I do not make a whole villa charge but charge for extra persons. This means unfilled places are not charged for. Affectively in most cases no under occupancy charges are made when the villa is not full. Extra persons £60, £70 or £80 depending on season.
Infants of 1 year 11 months are free of charge with any cots and high chairs provided Maximum 1 infant per booking. Bed guards for younger children are also available. Not applicable for the Winter Sun period.
The prices stated are guide pricing only indicating the main peak weeks. Depending on what the change over day is sometimes will set if the week is peak or mid season.
Internet access is by a local 3G network provider, please enquire.
All the normal UK and EU Credit/Debit cards are taken, 100% secure with a UK merchant banking system. Sorry no Paypal due to the excessive charges.
