This luxury villa is located very central and in the most exclusive area of private villas in Costa Teguise, with private heated swimming-pool and surrounded by beautiful gardens, which grants you total privacy . Beaches, Restaurants and Supermarket are within easy walking distance, and therefore car hire is not essential.
The villa comprises of a large living-dining-room which has been elegantly furnished including a dining table for 6 persons and featuring a hard-wood floor and open fire place with access to a large south-facing covered terrace with BBQ. This lovely terrace is well furnished with a large wooden dining table and overlooks the 7X4 metre, heated swimming-pool and the sea. A very spacious, stylish kitchen, equipped to highest standard and offering a further dining table for 6 persons . There is a large master bedroom ( King-size bed ) with en-suite bathroom including Jacuzzi bath , shower and you have access to a south-facing terrace. Accordingly, there are two further bedrooms with a separate bathroom and shower. The property offers air-condition in summer and heating for the cooler months in the living room. The villa has the added benefit of an internet connection for those guests bringing their lap top computers. A garage is also available.

The Lanzarote region
The island of Lanzarote is the most easterly of the Canary Islands and has the best climate with average temperatures throughout the year between 21 and 29 degrees due to being situated just 70 miles off the coast of Africa. On arriving in Lanzarote the visitors feels himself transported in time, whisked back to the beginning of the world, a fresh, clean world in which he himself is the protagonist of dicovery and conquest. Here are seas of Lava, grottos, amazing multicoloured walls of stone, furious waves, mysterious lagoons, golden beaches and transparent blue waters. Lanzarote boasts of its art and cultural centres which are all over the island. The famous Lanzarote artist and architect " Cesar Manrique " was mostly responsible for building many of these centres of culture. It is really recommended to visit them.
The Costa Teguise / Central Costa Teguise area
Costa Teguise is located on the east coast of Lanzarote.a, begins a few kilometres from Arrecife and is dotted with several golden beaches and with luxurious residential developments surrounded by green areas.
Wind and waves seem to have been created especially for those people whose pleasure is to ride the waters on a board driven by a sail. " Las Cucharas " beach is famous throughout the world for the exceptional conditions it offers for windsurfers.

Furthermore Costa Teguise offers a " Waterpark ", a wide variety of shopping centres, Restaurants, sports and nightlife.
For the visitors of our villa we offer exclusively 2 differnt boat excursions. ( Luhr s ,11m, motorboat )
1. high sea fishing between Lanzarote and Fuerteventura ( 5 hours, incl. snack and drinks ) € 110,- p.p.
2. boat trip to the famous " Papagayo Beaches " in the South of Lanzarote ( 2 hours, incl. drink ) € 60,- p.p.
( the price includes transport from villa in Costa Teguise to " Marina Rubicón " in Playa Blanca ( 40min.), meal , and drinks, minimum 4 persons )

Getting to Lanzarote is very easy. There are cheap flights available from all British airports to Arrecife de Lanzarote ( NEW low cost flights from Ryan Air ).
Villa " El Jablillo " is only 10 minutes from the airport by taxi. ( € 15,- )
Several international car hire companies available at the airport and in CostaTeguise ( can be arranged )

We spent two wonderful weeks at Villa El Jablillo,a beautiful, comfortable and fully equipped residence. From the moment we entered the villa we felt completely at home with very high quality furnishings,stylish decor and art work. The external areas were also beautifully maintained with high quality furnishings and lovely gardens.
