First floor south facing apartment which offers exceptional comfort and facilities for extended families and couples alike to enjoy that well earned holiday in the sun.

Choice of swimming pools is ideal for children of all age groups, private beach area, evening entertainment, games room, internet access and fully equipped gym, the villa is a must for that long awaited getaway.

Fully fitted and equipped kitchen, with wine rack and breakfast bar. Queen-sized bed in bedroom, pull-down double bed in living area (behind mirrored doors) and double sofa-bed in living area. Table and chairs are also available for more formal dining. Cot and high chair can be provided.

From Sands Beach Resort, you have direct access to the promenade/beach (choice of small beach or the main beach at Las Cucharas, just 0.5 km from your villa.

The Lanzarote region

Lanzarote is situated 79 miles from the West African coast line within the Atlantic Ocean and is the fourth largest of the seven Canary Islands.

Enjoying a wonderful year round mild and dry climate with temperatures ranging from 21 degrees in the winter months to 30 degrees in the summer months, Lanzarote makes a perfect all year round holiday destination.

Volcanic in appearance, like so many of the Canary Islands, Lanzarote offers the choice to explore the Timanfiya National Park with its lava tunnels, volcanic craters and wonderful volcanic landscape.

Other areas of interest include Jameos del Aqua (which houses the unique albino crabs) Guinate Tropical Park and Penguin Paradise in northern Lanzarote which is home to many exotic birds, animals, reptiles and fish, Lanzarote Aquarium, Puerto Calero Marina.

Windsurfing, snorkelling, fishing and para-sailing are popular island sporting activities along with an 18 hole golf course and an international standard go-kart track.

For a more relaxed holiday white sandy beaches, excellent restaurants, stylish shops and boutiques are plentiful for all the family to enjoy.

The Costa Teguise / Las Cucharas area

Costa Teguise is a purpose built resort, regarded as one of the more exclusive parts of Lanzarote. It is only a 20 minute drive from Arrecife Airport and is a convenient place from which to explore the island.

It lies on the south coast and boasts beautiful natural and man made beaches and is very popular with families.

Locally, there is an excellent selection of bars and restaurants along with the Aqua park and a golf course. Horse riding, walking, cycling, wind surfing, surfing, diving and snorkelling are available and are popular local activities.

The island’s historic capital of Teguise is a 10 to 15 minute drive away, where a weekly market takes place every Sunday.

Costa Teguise nightlife is lively but not rowdy - plenty of bars with varying entertainment on offer.

Eating out is a pleasure in Costa Teguise as most tastes are catered for, from Chinese, Cantonese, Indian and International cuisine. Restaurants are open until late.

The resort has good public transport with buses and taxis being readily available. To get the most from your holiday, however, visit the many attractions which are further afield by hiring a car.

Costa Teguise is suitable for couples, families, golfers and windsurfers/water sport enthusiasts.
