For families Ocean Water Park is just a 20 minute walk away with water slides, flumes and heated swimming pools. The main beach, Las Cucharas, is famous for its perfect windsurfing conditions, while the smaller beaches of Bastian and Jabillo are ideal for snorkelling. There are many restaurants in Costa Teguise where locals make everyone welcome.

The Lanzarote region

Further details indoors: This recently refurbished luxury apartment offers a very high standard of accommodation only a 20 minute drive away from the airport. It consists of 2 bedrooms, the main bedroom having a double bed, built in large wardrobes, air conditioning and an en-suite bathroom. This spacious fitted bathroom has a luxury double shower, washbasin,toilet and washing machine. The second bedroom has twin beds and large built in wardrobe/drawers. The second bathroom has been fitted to a high standard with a shower, washbasin and toilet. The spacious lounge with a bed settee making a further 2 beds, has a widescreen LCD TV with English channels, a DVD player and a huge selection of DVDs as well as an ipod docking station. This leads out on to a delightful private patio area with 2 sun loungers, barbecue and and an alfresco dining area. There is a separate dining area inside with a table chairs together with an open plan kitchen comprising of a double belfast sink, fridge/freezer, oven, 4 ring ceramic hob, microwave kettle and toaster. We also provide an iron, ironing board, hairdryer and books for you to use.
Further details outdoors: The well kept secure complex offers three pools including a children's splash pool, tennis court, pool bar, brand new gym and sports cafe and wireless internet access in the reception area. There are extensive planted gardens and sunloungers are available around all the pools. A locked private gate (keys in the apartment) accesses the promenade. The complex is ideal for couples and families alike. You can unwind in the peaceful surroundings with access to all facilities just on the doorstep.
