Typical Sardinian villa made from local materials like granite and wood, sited near the fisherman village of Porto San Paolo inside the marine reserve of Tavolara Island, one of the best diving places of the Mediterranean sea.

The villa is comprised of two independent apartments, ideal for two families travelling together or a family with older children who want a bit of privacy. Together the apartments sleep 6 people.
Others apartments that accommodate group of 3-4 persons are available.

There is a front terrace looking the sea and a large garden with barbecue. The property has a private parking space.

The Sardinia region

Sardinia is the 2nd major Italian island, famous for the whitest sandy beaches and transparent sea water, the temperatures are about 20 degrees in the month of April going to 30 degrees in the month of July-August, the good weather continues until the end of October. Another thing that you can enjoy in Sardinia is the food, we have different type of wine like Vermentino (white) or Cannonau (red), many type of hand made pasta (ravioli, gnocchetti etc.) also fresh fish and local meat are always available.

Costa Smeralda / Porto San Paolo area

Porto San Paolo was a small fisherman village which as now become one of the best touristic area of north Sardinia, the position is very good, is near the airport and within few kilometres we have almost 20 different tipe of beautiful sandy beaches.One of the attraction of Porto San Paolo is the island of Tavolara that you can reach in 15 min. by local ferries moving from the port. The island has a long beach and a restaurant where to eat a fresh fish. If you like to dive this is one of the best area of Mediterranean.

Porto San Paolo town has a bank, pharmacy, car - bike - boat rental, various restaurant and bars, 3 supermarkets, 2 diving centres, and typical Sardinian art work shops.

How to get there

Airlines arriving in Olbia-Costa Smeralda Airport :
Easy jet, Ryan air, Tui fly, Meridiana, etc.
Ferries company from Genova-Livorno-Civitavecchia ports :
Tirrenia,Sardinia ferries, Moby lines, etc.
All the major car hire are available in Olbia airport/port.

To reach the house: from Olbia airport drive on the road SS125 direction south for 13km. then you arrive to Porto San Paolo, turn on your right when you see the supermarket on the road, drive for about 100mt. and turn again on the right on via Bernini, after that you will enter direct in via monte contros and you look for the nr. 19.
