The condo has a spacious patio with large rustic granite table and benches ideal for al fresco family dining. Included barbecue and outdoor serving area. Fully furnished with all household items for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes you will need if you decide to cook, thought with all the great restaurants nearby that may not be often.
TV/DVD and entertainment centre. Air conditioned in the main living area. The unit has four bedrooms, two baths fitted with walk-in showers and fully fitted garden. There is also a sofa bed that can be pulled out if needed.

The Sardinia region

Costa Smeralda / Palau area
Palau is a spectacular seaside town in Gallura and bordering the Emerald Coast. Artistically shaped coastlines are sculpted by the wind that generates a wide variety of shapes and forms in its rocks. It also offers a variety of dream-like bays and small rocky islands that emerge from a crystal-clear sea teaming with life. Palau Beach is known as Acapulco beach as it is an extensive pebble and golden sand mixture beach.
There are fantastic and atmospheric eateries and restaurants in the area. Sardinia is surrounded by the fish-filled waters and is known for some excellent seafood dishes. .

- Flights available from Meridiana, Ryanair, Easyjet, Thomsonfly, Air Berlin, - Car hire is available in Palau and Olbia at the airport. follow the signs for Palau-Costa Smeralda (North SS125). Car hire available from AutoEuropa or www.sbc.it - Taxis and transfers are availablefrom Olbia). - Buses run regularly between Palau and Olbia airport.

A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date for full refund of the deposit.
Require a €200 deposit paid in cash at check-in. This will be returned at check out less damages.
