About the home

The condo has a spacious patio with large rustic granite table and benches ideal for al fresco family dining.

Barbecue, outdoor serving area and sink for preparation and washing up.

Fully furnished with all household items for a comfortable stay.

Fully equipped kitchen with all cooking utensils, silverware and dishes you will need if you want to cook.

However, there are restaurants within a 10 minute walk from the place.

TV/DVD and entertainment centre available.

Air conditioned in the main living area.

The unit has three bedrooms, two baths fitted with walk-in showers and fully fitted garden.

There is also a sofa bed that can be pulled out if needed.

Linen and towels provided free of charge.

The condominium complex quiet hours and environment is NOT appropriate for Hen or stag parties.

Require a minimum of €300 advance prepayment to confirm the reservation.

50% of the total balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. The remaining balance should be paid up to 10 days prior to arrival by bank transfer in EURO or GBP.

Please contact the owner for the bank account details.

A 60 day cancellation notice is required prior to the arrival date for full refund of the deposit.

Require a €200 deposit paid in cash at check-in. This will be returned at check out less damages.

We expect the condo to be left clean. If you prefer not to clean the house yourself, we can arrange the cleaning for you for a fee of € 80, for groups of 5 people or more, or for a fee of € 60 for groups of 4 people or less.

Conditions

Discounts available for longer stays and preference given to longer rentals.

Discounts available for senior couples aged over 60.

Would be interested in house swap for Puglia, Umbria, the Dolemites and Miami or other.

The Sardinia region

Sardinia is one of the most favoured destinations for people who enjoy water sports and seaside holidays. Sardinia is an island rich in history and culture. The climate is very mild, with a short winter and a long summer (from April to October).

Sardinia´s coastline is one of the most impressive in the world with it's mountainous and rocky landscapes, white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters. The beaches are Sardinia’s obvious major attraction, while the mountainous interior makes for excellent trekking and sightseeing.

Its natural conditions permit a wide range of outdoor activities: windsurf, kitesurf, and diving as well as dry land activities like horseback riding, cycling and trekking. Golf is one of the most played sports on this island since it offers some of the most beautiful golf courses in the world.

There are festivals or events happening every month of the year, often commemorating Sardinian or Italian culture and traditions in some way or another. Festivals on Sardinia tend to involve lots of colour and much frivolity, while spectators usually get in on the act and are treated to competitions, live music and games.

The Costa Smeralda / Palau area

Palau is a beautiful seaside town in Gallura and bordering the Emerald Coast. Artistically shaped coastlines are sculpted by the wind that generates a wide variety of shapes and forms in its rocks. It also offers a variety of dream-like bays and small rocky islands that emerge from a crystal-clear sea teaming with life. Palau Beach is known as Acapulco beach as it is an extensive pebble and golden sand mixture beach.

There are fantastic and atmospheric eateries and restaurants in the area. Sardinia is surrounded by the fish-filled waters and is known for some excellent seafood dishes. .
