About the home

Spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom (1 en suite) villa with panoramic view of the sea and Tavolara Mountain Marine National Park. Located on the hill top above Porto San Poalo and one kilometre from beaches.

The Villa is a traditional Meditteranian style buiding and blends well with the warm climate in the summer months allowing place for a relaxing cool break from the sun with cool white interior or the shaded balcony. The hillside placement of the villa above the sea means a constant cooling breeze even throughout the summer months when the weather is extremely warm.

The villa also features one balcony and a roof terrace / solarium along with a large patio area with sea views and a barbecue along with dining area, as well as this there is a garden at the back of the property with a lawned area at the front beside the patio area.

The Sardinia region

The villa is situated on the northeastern coast of the island, the weather is fairly mild throughout the winter and gets extremely warm through the summer months. There are numerous beaches within a short drive of the villa itself as well golf courses and walking opportunities further inland. There is a rich cultural side of the island that can be explored as the Sardinian people are very proud of their traditions, many of these being displayed at festivals that happen frequently in many of the towns.

The Costa Smeralda / Porto San Paolo area

Olbia international airport is 15 minutes drive from the villa and is serviced regularly by easyjet flights as well as other charter flights from the U.K. and the rest of europe. Olbia port is also only 15 minutes drive away and there are frequent sailings to italy's mainland from there.

Activities in the Porto San Poalo area are numerous with tennis courts and golf driving range in the town centre, 9 and 18 hole golf courses within a short drive. As well as this there are numerous scuba diving oppurtunities in the Porto San Poalo as well as boat hire and boat trips to the Tavolara Mountain Marine National Park. there are fantastic walkin oppurtunities inland, with the steepest gorge in Europe within driving distance. there are fantastic oppurtunities to explore other parts of the island with a car, the prestigous Porto Cervo area is only 40 mins drive away up to the northern part of the island.
