The property is located in Villaggio Belvedere, over looking the Port of Olbia with a view across to the Island of Tavolara, where many a sun rise, sun set is dramatically played. Belvedere 25 was built only a few year ago. Inside, the ceilings of the Bedroom and Living Area have wooden beams finished in a typical Sardinian fashion.
The Shower room ceramics edging is unusually finished with a corridor linking all the rooms together. The Air Conditioning keeps the property comfortable all year round and can be set as required. Outside of the summer period the property enjoys a quiet and peaceful location, where usually Sunday's you can listen to just the birds singing and perhaps the sea breaking on the shore a kilometre away, as the sound is carried up the hill to you.

The Sardinia region
Pittulongu is on the coastal road to Golfo Aranci on the other side of the Port of Olbia and before Bados which is immediately after. Villaggio Belvedere is located up a hillside, thus offering views across to the Island of Tavolara. A panoramic view from Olbia around to Golfo Aranci can be enjoyed beyond, climbing the hill to the top. Olbia offers excellent restaurants, bars, shopping and much more.
Continuing of the coastal road, Costa Smeralda is north with Porto Rotondo and Porto Cervo 15 minutes drive more or less. Flights to Olbia are from London Gatwick, Bristol and Leeds, with other United Kingdom airports to Alghero, approximately 90 minutes driving time away. Easyjet and Ryanair are the main carries with also some charter flights.

The Beach is approximately 1 km and there are local Bars, Disco Fashion Club, Restaurants, and Supermarket. Boat excursion to the Island of Tavolara. Take the family and car on the ferry to the Island of La Maddalena or Corse. Book a visit to an Agriturismo. Local indoor Swimming Pool. Tennis, Bowling, Gym, Sub-Aqua and Scuba-Diving a short drive away. Enjoy Horse Riding, Windsurfing, Kite School. Pevero Golf Club 30 minutes away.
