un armadio.Il bagno principale è comodo e luminoso con doccia. L'altro bagno è più essenziale ma altrettanto comodo.Nel soggiorno accogliente con cucina appartata, potrete consumare appetitosi piatti (magari della tradizione sarda) oppure rilassarvi nella veranda(arredata con tavolo e sedie) guardando l'azzurro del mare. La casa ha le zanzariere in tutte le stanze. Nel giardino ci sono due ampie docce. All'interno di una rimessa attrezzi c'è la lavatrice. Le spiagge sono numerose e raggiungibili a piedi. A pochi passi c'è un chiosco Bar, a 2 km circa trovate Sos Alinos, un centro dove ci sono la Stazione dei Carabinieri, la Chiesa, Farmacia e Guardia Medica, estetista e parrucchiera,gelaterie, pescherie, market, pizzerie ristoranti, noleggio bici, escursioni nel golfo e diving e ATP bancomat .

Nelle vicinanze si trovano i centri di Orosei(con mercatini serali, feste e sagre della tradizione sarda come la festa del patrono, San Giacomo, il 25 luglio) e Nuoro ( il capoluogo, ospita il Museo Mann(ARTE MODERNA) e il 29 agosto si tiene la sfilata dei costumi tipici sardi con la festa del REDENTORE), Siniscola, La Caletta, Budoni con lunghe spiagge e Olbia con l'aeroporto Costa Smeralda e il Porto Isola Bianca.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

Occasionally, you will pay a damage deposit up front as part of the total rental cost. In this case, the owner has 10 days after you check out to report any damage. If they don’t, we’ll return your deposit. If their claim is successful, we’ll deduct the agreed cost and return the remainder.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your holiday booking page. To change your holiday dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send ANNA (the owner) a message.

If ANNA (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
