About the home

Villa Vista is a charming and spacious 120 sqm semi detached villa with large terraces and great windows, facing the golf of Porto Rotondo, with a fantastic panoramic view of the coastline and the islands in front of Costa Smeralda.

Is located in the little hill Monte Ladu, that is 120 mt above the sea level, in a gated residence with only 12 villas in more than 15 hectares of land.The residence is in a natural environment and in a secluded and very caractheristic ambience of rocks, eucaliptus and olive threes, and the house is in a lush of mediterranean plants like oleander, bouganville, rosemary, jasmine and very old junipers.
Unexpected rock formations, similar to prehistoric caves surround the residence and invite climbing up, from where you have a breathtaking view over the bay and the small islands.

It is furnished in local and ethnic style and consists in a large living room with sitting and dining area for 6 people with a nice fireplace, an open kitchen completely equipped with dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, stove, squizer, blender ecc..
One bedroom with double bed and one bedroom with 2 bunk beds are in this level with a bathroom, the 2 bedroom with en suite bathroom and a sofa bed, is in the lower level, facing the garden. In the veranda room is another sofa bed for one.

In the middle of the trees just at the living level a small terrace facing the harbour and the sea, invite you for a romantic evening drink or midday lunch in the round dining table 'alfresco'.
If you have more people invited, you can eat in the stone dining table at the terrace below, with 6/8 seating places.
And the barbecue is the best way to cook the fresh mediterranean fishes that you can buy directly from the fishing boats in the near village of Golfo Aranci.

Villa Vista is at walking distance to shops, restaurants,bars and beaches in Porto Rotondo, or you can reach the village by car in 3 minutes.
But if you want to avoid the most crowdy hours at the beaches, you can relax to the common pool, or take sunbath in the solarium on the roof of the house, far from any noise and priyng eyes.

In the house at your disposal a complete list of the most beautifull beaches, the best restaurants suggested, and the indication to joint by car the closiest points of interest that you dont have to miss during your stay in Sardinia.

The Costa Smeralda is the famous and glamour cost in the North-East of Sardinia Island, in the middle of Mediterranean sea, 1 or 2 hours flying from the main european cities, or 6/7 hours by ferry from the continent . The major airports are Olbia, Cagliari, Alghero. Sardinia has gorgeous beaches in white sand, emerald sea with beautiful rocks designed by the wind, and lots of caractheristic bays with calm and warm water. You can go swimming,diving, sailing, fishing, or simply take nice boat tour to the marine parks of Tavolara, la Maddalena, and many small islands between Sardinia and Corsica.
Many trips are organized by local companies in Nuragic villages, Phoenician ruins of Nora and Tharros or wild places like Tiscali caves and Goruppu gorges.
Villages in the mountain of Barbagia or Golfo Ogliastra are suitable for trekking, horseback riding and mountain bike.

In Porto Rotondo, modern village with a very nice marina, you can find nice restaurants, supermarkets, shops, wellness and fitness centres, bars and discoteque , like the famous Billionaire, for an exicting nightlife.
Close around there are a lot of nice beaches, where you can find all facilities you need or you can relax yourself taking sun in secluded locations.
Just in few minutes you can reach tennis courts in Porto Rotondo or horseback riding in many countrysides around. In 30 minutes by car you can reach one of the most beautiful golf course in the region, The Pevero,
and Costa Smeralda Polo Club.
The area it's the spot of glamour life, with the most luxury hotels in Cala di Volpe, Romazzino, Baja Sardinia, from the Starwood chain.

Vista Villa is located 1,5 km far from Porto Rotondo and is easily and quickly accessible from Olbia. From Olbia centre in 15 minutes and from the airport in 20 minutes, you can joint Vista Villa.

Arriving from Olbia Airport , or Olbia Harbour, follow the indications for Palau-Costa Smeralda and at the third roundabout go right direction of Porto Rotondo. After 1 km you will found another roundabout just passing a Q8 gasoline station.
Follow the direction to Porto Rotondo and after 500mt, before the village, just in front of a restaurant called 'Lo Stazzu' turn right in the street 'Via Stazzu Bide, and after 80 mt at the cross turn left, continue in 'Via Li Nibbari' up to the entrance gate of the residence 'Monte Ladu'.

Pass the gate and go to the end of the street inside the residence. Parking in the area, and you will see a stair in front, keeping you just to the house.
