About the home

The residential area of Monte Ladu park covers an area of 40 hectares of Mediterranean scrub, in an amphitheater of granite rocks and designed by the wind, completely private and fenced. In the residential complex designed by 80 years' arch. Stephan Graff were created in 20 residences villas of high quality, coated of the characteristic local rose stones, and naturally setting into the hillside overlooking the Costa Smeralda and Montagne della Luna, with large outdoor appliances, terraces and verandas to enjoy the charming environment.
Villa Vista, situated in the uppermost position, enjoys a stunning panorama that spans from Cala di Volpe to Porto Rotondo and the Isle of Mortorio, and it’s livable on several levels: the living room floor with wide windows and corner fireplace, kitchen and veranda fitted to studio, master bedroom with private covered terrace, bedroom and bathroom. Downstairs a dependance with a bathroom for guests. A staircase connects the upper terrace with the solarium. The main terrace on the floor, surrounded by juniper trees, is decorated with a large dinner table in granite, and ends with an overflow pool, set in the rock cliff in an aerial background. Access is granted by a stone stairway directly from the parking level.

The Sardinia region

The Costa Smeralda is the famous and glamour cost in the North-East of Sardinia Island, in the middle of Mediterranean sea, 1 or 2 hours flying from the main european cities, or 6/7 hours by ferry from the continent . The major airports are Olbia, Cagliari, Alghero. Sardinia has gorgeous beaches in white sand, emerald sea with beautiful rocks designed by the wind, and lots of caractheristic bays with calm and warm water. You can go swimming,diving, sailing, fishing, or simply take nice boat tour to the marine parks of Tavolara, la Maddalena, and many small islands between Sardinia and Corsica.
Many trips are organized by local companies in Nuragic villages, Phoenician ruins of Nora and Tharros or wild places like Tiscali caves and Goruppu gorges.
Villages in the mountain of Barbagia or Golfo Ogliastra are suitable for trekking, horseback riding and mountain bike.

The Costa Smeralda area

In Porto Rotondo, modern village with a very nice marina, you can find nice restaurants, supermarkets, shops, wellness and fitness centres, bars and discoteque , like the famous Billionaire, for an exicting nightlife.
Close around there are a lot of nice beaches, where you can find all facilities you need or you can relax yourself taking sun in secluded locations.
Just in few minutes you can reach tennis courts in Porto Rotondo or horseback riding in many countrysides around. In 30 minutes by car you can reach one of the most beautiful golf course in the region, The Pevero,
and Costa Smeralda Polo Club.
The area it's the spot of glamour life, with the most luxury hotels in Cala di Volpe, Romazzino, Baja Sardinia, from the Starwood chain.

The city of Olbia is the nearest location (13 km) to Costa Smeralda and to the house, connecting with the international airport and many low cost-airlines coming from all europe or by ferries from Genova, Livorno, Savona, Civitavecchia and Bonifacio(Corsica).
You can arrive in Sardinia also from Cagliari and Alghero Airports. (consider 2/3 hours drive)
