The Sardinia region
Sardinia is a beautiful and fascinating island. It is a wonderful and captivating island for those whose visit is motivated by either sight seeing to sun worshiping or relaxing to trekking or mountain biking.
The place has everything for all; medieval churches, extraordinary scenery and nuraghe; for those with a passion for hunting, fishing, scuba diving, boating, hiking, or horseback-riding.
For individuals interested in visiting its Phoenician, Punic and Roman historical testimonials or satisfying their curiosity on subjects concerning geology, nature and mineralogy, and finally, for those who are interested in its genuine folklore and celebrations, its many beaches and transparent coastlines, sudden gorges and hidden grotto’s.
Let’s not forgot its marshes and their typical fauna or pleasure boating along its coastline from which one of the most scenic and remarkable views of the Mediterranean is offered. This coastal village is also only 10 minutes away from Olbia, the main hub of the north east.
Only thirty minutes drive north is Porto Cervo and many other glorious harbours part of the amazing Costa Smeralda famous for glitz and glamour. It is only 10 minutes away from San Teodoro’s a buzzing lively town for both young and old.
You will find glorious beaches like Porto Taverna, one of the nicest in the area in front of Tavolara and Molara Islands, with white sands and warm clear water. Check out the other beautiful beaches that are not very far from the town; Capo Coda Cavallo, Tahiti, Brandinchi, l’Impostu, la Cinta going south toward San Teodoro and Costa Corallina, Porto Istana, Capo Ceraso, Li Cuncheddi and Le Saline going north toward Olbia.
There are plenty of activities to do from golfing or sub-aqua diving to coastal day trips by boat or canoe and dining experiences in the Agritourismo's (fresh local food and wine served on the farm estate) to fine dining by the beaches with breathtaking views of the sea and Isola Tavolara.
Within Porto San Paolo you will find all you need, shops restaurants, bars, local festivals, markets and for the kids one of the best ice cream shops that serves late into the night, luckily for the kids and adults!! From UK Easyjet fly direct to Olbia in season.
From UK & Ireland Ryanair fly to Alghero and then it is an hour and a half drive to Olbia.

Further details indoors: Large main bedroom with wardrobe, second bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds with wardrobe. Modern kitchen with all facilities you would be used to at home, including washing machine, dishwasher, hobb and oven. Washing facilities include shower, wc, bidet, wash hand basin and kids potty. There is also a hot/cold shower outside for freshening up after the beach! We ourselves have kids and there are kids toys incl. beach toys, seats, umbrella etc.
One thing to note, in Sardinia the electric current that the government supply to houses/apartments is not as powerful as UK/Ireland thus you cannot go on a cleaning spree and have the washing machine, dishwasher, cooker, hobb, water heater, air conditioner etc., all on at the same time as they draw too much power all together. Thus it is a case of environmentally friendly awareness and electrical usage.
Further details outdoors: Large garden with outdoor BBQ, makes for a perfect evening of outside mediterranean dining and plenty of space for kids to play.
Outside shower and tiled area to the rear perfect for cleaning up after a day at the beach. The garden has a sprinkler system which we encourage clients to use during their stay to keep the grass nice and green.

We have a local representative, who meets clients and looks after them during their stay, should there be any queries whatsoever. They can provide help 24hrs a day and can advise on things to see and do, help book restaurants, excursions etc.
The cost for rental includes water, rates, electricity and gas. You can rent towel & linen off our local representative. There is no requirement to 'rent' anything else of us as all facilties are provided within the apartment, i.e. Microwave, iron and board, hairdryer, baby cots, potty etc. as some places charge extra for these.
It is however VERY IMPORTANT to note that there is a charge for cleaning the property in preparation for the next clients. No matter how clean someone may leave it we have to re-clean to ensure that it is up to our standards for our renters. That is the only final extra charge in our rental which is €40
