About the home

Villetta le Rocce is a charming and spacious 80 sqm semi detached villetta with a great covered terrace and small secluded garden. It is furnished with much care in a local style and consists of a large room with sitting and dining area and open kitchen which is equipped i.e. with dishwasher and washing machine. One bedroom with double bed and adjoining shower room. In the living room is a sofa bed for two.

The semi detached villetta is one of 5 hidden in a lush mediterranean garden covered with oleander trees, cactus, bougainvilleas, rosemary, jasmine and in springtime up to the end of may you will be astounded by the pink and yellow carpet of blooming low cactus plants.

Unexpected rock formations, similar to prehistoric caves surround the residence and invite climbing up, from where you have a breathtaking view over the bay and in the distance small islands. They also invite you for a romantic evening drink or midday lunch.

The villetta is at walking distance to shops, restaurants, pizzeria's and beaches.

Attached to Le Rocce is villetta “il Mirto" ref nr 3135 which sleeps 4 in two rooms, and “Teresa" ref nr 3660 which sleeps 2-3. Should you be coming with friends , this might be a pleasant solution .

From the gate leads a 15-20m footpath to the villetta, the footpath has a few steps, but we think that the villetta is also suitable for elderly people

The Sardinia region

The unspool coastlines, the white sandy beaches with rocky intervals and many outstanding headlines, the ever green-blue sea, the strong steady winds - ideal for surfers and sailers - an enchanting country side, good for hikers and bikers, 300 days per year of sun shine, little of no rain in summer and the good food makes Sardinia " a place to see and explore “, if you can avoid august when all Italians are on holiday, then you have Sardina for nearly to yourself.

Sardinia is home to a wide range of rare and uncommon plants and animals.

Environmental laws protect large forest exentions. The prehistoric “Nuraghi" are no all archeological sites.

Sardinia has only a few larger cities: Cagliari, Sassari, Alghero, Olbia, and the interior of the island is very scarcely populated.

The Costa Smeralda / Liscia di Vacca - Porto Cervo area

Liscia di Vacca is 30 km north of Olbia (airport, seaport, town) and makes part of the “Costa Smeralda". Liscia di Vacca was a small fisher's village and enjoys a beautiful coastline, with white sandy beaches, all with free entrance to the public and at walking distance of the villetta, many of them are secluded and hidden. It has a supermarket, some restaurants, pizzeria, etc and nearby Porto Cervo, Baia Sardinia offer additional trendy restaurants and shops, charming boulevards for your evening stroll and ice-cream.

the world famous Pevero golf club with the exclusive hotel is at 4 km. .
