The"Stazzu Lu Malchesi"is in a truly beautiful spot, surrounded by open countryside. The house issurrounded by green trees and the perfume of the wild flowers from the bushes of the Mediterranean nature.
A good selection of restaurants, bars and shops can be found in Arzachena, together with banks and main transport links. The coastal resort of Cannegione is also only 13km from the property.
Stazzu Lu Malchesi is a beautiful single storey stone farmhouse which has been restored and sits in a wonderful spot in open countryside, and is within driving distance of the Costa Smeralda. The interior has lots of character, with the use of both antique and more rustic furniture. The lounge has a feature fireplace and a TV, the separate kitchen is equipped with an oven and a fridge-freezer. 1 double bedroom has an extra single bed with another separate single bedroom. 1 shower room with WC, washing machine. A cot is available (pre-bookable). There is a large covered terrace area along one side of the building and plenty of shaded spots throughout the large garden.
* PLEASE The family keeps a few animals on their property, also 2 dogs, very good. Next to the property there is a small farm with : cows, pigs, donkeys and three cats.

The Sardinia region
On the way to Luogosanto, the area is rich in archaeological sites (tombs and nuraghi) and cork tree plantations. The seaside is only 13 km away (Golfo di Arzachena), only 25 km from the famous Porto Cervo and the delightful sandy beaches of Costa Smeralda.

The Costa Smeralda on the northeast coast of the isle of Sardinia, which is one of the main Italian islands right in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea, just one or two hour's flight from main European cities. “Stazzu Lu Malchesi ” is located in north-east Sardinia, close to Arzachena, are just 30 Km. from Olbia Costa Smeralda and 150 km from Alghro Fertilia airport, where many international flights arrive. From many countries, cheaper flights are available, e.g. with EasyJet and RyanAir that arrive these airports. All airports have offices for the major car hire companies e.g. (Stansted ) that arrive in Alghero airport, (Gatwick) with Meridiana to Olbia airport. Or arrive by ferry from Genova or Livorno or Roma.
How to get there
A car is necessary since there isn't any local transportation to the house.
Car rentals are available at local airports. Olbia's port is only 30 Km away. DIRECTIONS: You take the route 125 in the direction of Arzachena for 22 km. In Arzachena ,turn left take road to Luogosanto, after 7 km , Turn left in a dirt-road for about 2 km . to find the house.
THE LAST 2 KILOMETRES BEFORE ARRIVING TO THE HOUSE IS NOT WITH ASPHALT, AND FOR SPORT CAR ARE NOT SUITABLE.
