Casa Bella fa Niente is one of 14 new builds in Licsia di Vacca, set up against a beautiful rock for a great feeling of privacy. The apartment was chosen for it's natural light and good size terrace where you can dine in larger numbers. The whole place has been set up for a perfect relaxing vacation with bars and a number of great restaurants all within short walk. We also have two cafes, a super market and one of the best bakeries all on our doorstep. You might also want to know that the place next to us also does rental and would be a great combination for a larger group( they are also 2bdrm 2bath)

The property is two-bedroom two bath and each room can be set up as two singles or two doubles pending on your needs. There is a great inside out side flow from the kitchen area to the living and out to the terrace for the main large dinning area (there is a smaller table for breakfast inside also)

The property has a out side covered Terrace that holds a large dinning table and BBQ area. This looks out over a quiet road to the Church. On the front side the master bedroom has a very small balcony with sea view down over the valley to bomb ally where the yacht racing cross through during the round Maddalena race. Also in the front of the property with a back drop of a dramatic rock formation is a common area with a second BBQ and large round granite table
The Sardinia region
Sardinia is the second large island in the Mediterranean Sea and benefits of a Mediterranean climate: warm and dry summers with a strong wind, a paradise for sailor’s and surfers, the winters are temperate (11-17 degrees C) with some rain showers, however staying mild.
The island has been for ages dominated by the surrounding peoples: Phoenicians, Carthaginians, the Roman Empire, Vandals, Berbers, and the Spanish Crown up to the 19th century when it gained an independence to become part of Italy later.
Only in 1970 ties it was discovered for its natural beauty by Aga Khan who made the " Costa Smeralda" to an" elite" vacation destination with some luxury hotels for the 'jet set' in the month of July and more so August. Liscsia di Vacca is a great place in the way it has a little community set up on the hill looking down over the full beauty of Porto Cervo and Cala Granu (where the light house is)... from the other side you have some spectacular views of the Islands including Corsica and La Madalenna.
The Costa Smeralda / Liscia di Vacca - Porto Cervo area
Whether you are here for a beach vacation, sailing or just kicking back and enjoying the good food and weather Licsia di Vacca has it all. Great restaurants with in walking distance, local bars local bakery and supermarket. Within a 10 min walk you have hire scooters, bikes and cars. The shopping in Porto Cervo central is second to none for our holiday making fashion lovers with every large designer name you can think of represented in PC. Also if you like the brands but not their prices there is an out let on the main road on your way back into Olbia. If your passion is cycling, sailing, kiting or wind surfing there is something for everyone.

Into Obla airport in season there are many low cost airlines however the most dominant is easy jet. Olbia airport is a 30 min drive from the apartment; there is another airport on the Island that can be used in Algero (Ryan air flies there) however it is a 2 -2.5hr drive. You could also catch the Ferry from main land Italy which adds a nice variation to your trip and then either take your car, hire a car or catch a bus (again about 30 min drive from the terminal) the bus will go from Olbia centre and would take as much as 2hrs so be prepared to sit for a while. Moby lines would be our ferry company of choice.

Came to Porto Cervo on a rare day of rain and stayed in this lovely apartment for 4 days. Felt at home as soon as I walked in the door. Wonderful location for my morning run followed up with a coffee and treat with the local nonna Franca just around the corner. It's a short walk down the hill to Porto Vecchio and the most heavenly gelato! This house is an absolute treat, beautifully decorated, great outdoor area for barbeques and the wonderfully luxurious sofa was a holiday in itself! |

During July and August there is a two week min booking which runs from Saturday - Saturday week. Closer to the months in mention if you do see some space we possibly could consider a shorter let but not before the Easter holiday. Due to the high cost of labour on the Island we need to put a one of fee for cleaning of linens and towels of 100. euros per booking. Water electric and gas are all included on short term rentals however wifi (possible on request has a added charge). We will also hold a bond for 600.00 euros that is payable before receving the keys.
