Beautiful villa 6 km from Olbia airport, located in a real calm context, of 32 villas. 600m from the beach, 1000 sqm cultivated garden with grass lawn, olive trees and Mediterranean flowers and bushes.

Very close to the property, there are the beaches of: Marina Maria, Li Cuncheddi, Porto Istana, Porto San Paolo etc. This villa is really unique in Sardinia if you really want to be in touch with nature. The house is amid the unspoilt vegetation, very relaxing and calm.

The difference between this villa and most of the other advertised is also that this property is far from the main street, which is very noisy. The other difference is that this villa has been built with two bearing stone walls, by Belgian architects. Normally the new Sardinian houses are fake, by using a quick construction method, are smaller and in crowded groups.

If you want to go to a restaurant or take an aperitif very close there is hotel Li Cuncheddi, Porto San Paolo and Olbia. You can go by feet to the long beach close to the houses or by car in the other several beautiful close beaches

The Sardinia region

Situated in the middle of the Mediterranean Sea Sardinia is the largest island in the western Mediterranean, have app. 1.800 kilometres coastline. Sardinia is one of the most popular destinations for people who love seaside holidays, not only for its natural beauty and geographical position but also for its history.

The territory of Olbia and its surrounding countryside were probably busy as from 4000-3500 BC (Middle Neolithic), as demonstrated by a female statue representing the Goddess of life, found in “S. Mariedda”. This attendance is referable to the presence of fertile areas and well-repaired.

The Sardinia each year attracts a growing number of tourists from all over the world, along its coasts in fact alternating white sand beaches and cliffs that overlook a sea of crystal blue, emerald, turquoise and blue. Countless varieties of fish, clams and mussels explorers fascinated divers and sports fishing enthusiasts.

The Marine Protected Area of Tavolara - Punta Coda Cavallo was established by decree of the Ministry of Environment in 1997 with headquarters in Olbia.

Marine Protected Area extends from Capo Ceraso to south of Capo Coda Cavallo, and included the islands of Tavolara, Molara and Molarotto. Divided into three zones of protection, A, B and C. The reserve is excellent for diving, with many dive sites of natural interest.

Trekking in Sardinia is a passion that is every year increasing, and that always attract a greater number of tourists. All this is due to the beautiful and varied landscape that offers Sardinia, the coast, inland across the still pristine this ever-changing emotions.

"Very nice stay in Sardinian"

We were 2 Danish families, and we spent two amazing weeks in the house here in July. The house has a perfect location, it's about a 6 Km from the airport Olbia. There are many small beaches nearby, I would however recommend a car if you're planning to explore the Island a little more. Overall, I would highly recommend the house. We had a great time and hope to return. The house is near to everything, shopping, restaurant and a big center where you can buy all you need. The place is very local and the neighbor is very nice. There is a very little TV and there is also internet. There is also outdoor shower; this is so nice after a long day on the beach. When visit Sardinian, you have to go to Porto Servo. This is simple so fantastic, to see so many famous brand, place in this town. This is the place for the rich Italian people.
