About the home

Enjoy truly Panoramic Sea Views from this beautiful cottage apartment. Your holiday home is right on the coast and you enjoy fast, easy footpath access to a private beach (less than 400metres/5 mins).

Enjoy beautiful sunsets from the large terrace. Everything that you need is within easy 3 to 5 mins walking distance (restaurant, bar, supermarket and shops).

There are swimming pools, tennis courts; kid’s clubs, health spa, restaurants, shops and more, nestled between lush vegetation and sandy beaches. The property is positioned on a gently sloping amphitheatre overlooking the Costa Paradiso. This is an ideal holiday location for couples and families.

This cottage apartment is the right size for 2 to 4 people. You get to enjoy nice accommodation and great amenities in a coastal resort/village with a very traditional Sardinian look and feel.

The cottage apartment front door leads to a living area and open kitchen and then onto a large terrace with granite table for alfresco eating, with panoramic views of the gardens and direct sea views. It is tastefully furnished and finished with paintings specially commissioned to reflect the colours and style of this very natural unspoilt, and sensitively landscaped countryside.

The Sardinia region

Sardinia is often viewed as an exclusive holiday destination favoured by Italians and other Europeans alike. Recently, due to the availability of more airports and lower cost flights form most major UK and European cities, the region has become more accessible.

The Costa Paradiso / Calarossa area

This areas offers sandy and pebble beaches. The sea is normally blue and intense.

We are positioned in the north east of Sardinia between Castelsardo and Santa Teresa di Gallura in the Gulf of Asinara. Our apartment is in a private and exclusive coastal village covering 100 hectares. We have direct access to the beach by foot (300 to 400m) and also shuttles to neighbouring beaches.

Although you never need leave the village to have a great holiday, you may wish to visit Isola Rossa (red island), La Maddalena Archipelago, S. Teresa di Gallura, Alghero, Costa Smeralda, Castelsardo or Orgosolo. You can book trips at the residence reception office.
