The villa has two apartments fully independent. Each apartment is composed by three bedrooms (the small one has a bunk bed)and accommodates up tu 6 people. Each apartment has a large living room with American kitchen, a patio area with stunning sea view, a BBQ zone, private car parking and a private garden of approximatively 400 sgm. The beach can be reached within walking distance. Property access road by steps to the main areas.

Sardinia is one of the most renewed Mediterranean islands worldwide famous for its superb coastline and enchanting interiors. The sea water is crystal clear and is must for diving and snorkelling. That's the reason why is one of the favourite destinations of people who love aquatic sports and seaside holidays.

Costa Paradiso area

Costa Paradiso, with its peculiar red rocks, crystal waters and Mediterranean vegetation, is one of the most fascinating coasts in all over Sardinia. Diving, tennis courts, swimming pool, restaurants, piezzerie, shops are available in the tourist complex.
Within 100 km distance from Costa Paradiso, islands like La Maddalena and its archipelago, including Caprera and some of the best unspotted coves like "pink beach", can be reached. A visit to Alghero, with its wonderful historical downtown and its bastion walls, and Sassari, with its 450 years-old university and its archeological museum, is also to be planned.
Within the same distance some archeological spots with relics of civilization can be visited (Nuraghi, Toms of Giants, "Domus de Janas", Altar of Monte d'Accoddi close to Porto Torres).

How to get there

Costa Paradiso, with its peculiar red rocks and crystal waters, is only 90 km and 80 km far from, respectively, the two international Airports of Alghero-Fertilia and Olbia. The latter and Porto Torres are also famous for being served by daily ferries from the mainland. Both airports have regular low_cost flights (Ryan Air and Easyjet, just to name a few) from London (stansted, Liverpool, East Midlands, Dublin, Frankfurt (Hann), Dusseldorf (Weeze), Stockolm (Skavsta) and Barcellona (Girona).
Car hire is also available in situ.
