About the home

The two-roomed house is located in a residential complex. The complex has a seaview and sets close to a small sandy beach and many bays between the rocky coastline.

The two-roomed apartment have a living room with sofa-bed for two people, a double bedroom with wardrobe and bedside tables. There is one bathroom. Kitchen corner has fridge, hob, dishes and cutlery.

Le province della Sardegna Who would like to find out secluded spots in Sardinian, has no difficulties to find uncontaminated spaces, empty beaches and hard lands. But it’s necessary to meet people and their culture to deeply understand what this island is. Through these few pages we are going to propose a travel around the "environment", which deeply touches job, history and culture.
Geographical and morphological Characteristics

Sardinia is the second Mediterranean island both for extent and for density of population. It can be considered a sort of mini-continent, because of its historical isolation, in which it has lived. It is marked by a huge of best kept naturalistic environments.
Its surface is about 24.089 Km2, including also the myriad smaller islands, which surround it. (The biggest are: San Pietro and Sant’Antioco in the south, and L’Asinara, La Maddalena, and Caprera in the north. The territory of the island is mostly hilly, but there are two large plains: the Campidano and the Nurra. The highest top is the Gennargentu, other mountainous groups are the Marghine one and the Goceano one.
Isolated massifs are in every areas of the island. In the part of Cagliari the are the following mountains: Limbara Moutain, Serpeddi Cape and Sette Fratelli, in the region of Sulcis. In province of Oristano there are Ferru di Cuglieri and Arci mountain. In the province of Nuoro there is Mont’Albo.
The Sardinian rivers are mostly torrential. The most important are: Tirso, Coghinas, Flumendosa, Temo and Cedrino.
There are a only one natural lake, the Baratz lake and many artificial pottings among these: Omodeo sul Tirso lake, Coghinas lake, the lake of upper and middle Flumendosa.
From a naturalistic point of view very important are the coastal pods, which are located in many different area of this region.
Sardinian shores are divided into two kinds: the falaise, prevalently calcareous, and the granitic and basaltics ones, which are generally less tall and often hard to get at. Cliffs are interposed by beaches, sometimes very big, often located near the mouths of rivers and streams. The climate, typically Mediterranean is characterized by hot dry summers and warm winters. Rains mostly, concentrated during the winter are more frequent in the north and on the west side. On average sunny days are 200-230 during the year.

The Costa Paradiso area

COSTA PARADISO - The village of Costa Paradiso was born in the early 70’s and is located the north coast of Sardinia in the region of Gallura and forming part of the area of Trinita d 'Agultu and Vignola. Its 800 hectars offer to the visitors a unique and great scenario due to the mix of mediterranian vegetation and the red granite rocks tipical of this area that also strongly influence the color of water. Today, Costa Paradiso is composed of about 2000 houses wich mostly are normally used only during the summer period, in this real paradise you can buy or rent any type of property from apartments to the most exclusive villas with or without swimming-pool. The village can be reached only by a road and is supervised by a 24-hour a day security service.
During the summer (April to October) the village offers all the comforts needed to enjoy a happy holiday with all facilities close but during the winter time only some shop remain open. Costa Paradiso is an example of summer holiday village and it is ideal for those who want to enjoy the sea from the Easter period to the end of October.
The area of Costa Paradiso is characterized of granite rock and there is only one beach within walking distance from the village called Li Cossi, if you want more peace and relax , you can always search for one of the several coves where even during the high season you can enjoy the the sea in privacy.
