A ground floor apartment with spacious south facing patio, offering wonderful views of the pool and the surrounding plants and foliage. Views of the coastline from the complex are truly spectacular and just a few minutes walk away.

The village of Las Galletas is just a twenty minute walk away and offers a quiet atmosphere in which you can relax and while away the hours with views of the sea, the new harbour, the fishing huts or perhaps enjoying some retail therapy in the local shops.

The Tenerife region

Costa del Silencio is one of the warmest resorts on the island because of its location. It is rain free for most of the year with the best weather in August. The temperature rarely falls below 15°C in the winter and in the summer it is around 30°C .

Many retired Brits, locally referred to as swallows, come out from October to March to take advantage of the warm sunshine and considerably lower prices.

The Costa del Silencio area

Sorry to have taken so long but just wanted to say we had a great week at your apartment. It's size and location was perfect for us and the weather was superb so we spent many hours on your big patio. There were enough places around to eat in the evening without needing the car and the walk to Las Galletas was o.k.

Just to let you know that we enjoyed our hols very much in your apartment in Tenerife. It has everything required including UK TV and is clean, quiet, south facing with a nice pool.Our temp for Jan was 24-30 warmer than expected but ok.
Takes a day or two to settle into a hol and this is the place to do it. Hope to speak to you again.

My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at Balcon del Mar. The apartment was just the right size and very comfortable. Having a large terrace as opposed to a balcony made a great difference. Access to the swimming pool is very convenient and I was surprised at how uncrowded it was – made it very relaxing. Linda did a excellent job and gave us some useful advice on local facilities.
