Luxury apartment for rent in 4 star apartment complex on the most southern tip of the island of Tenerife. Location is Costa del Silencio near the authentic Spanish fishing village of Las Galletas. The apartment is fully furnished for 4 persons and comes with satelite tv and fully equipped kitchen. It includes Senseo coffeemaker and microwave.The spacious bathroom also has a washing machine. Fantastic views over the ocean and very quiet. An ideal place to unwind and relax, away from all the hustle and bustle

Swimming pools and coffee bar included, baby pool is freshwater. Saltwater pool is heated during the winter. Sunbeds and sunshades are also included. Tropical gardens and complex are constantly maintained to a high standard.

Supermarket is next door which stocks a wide variety of national and international products. Further bars, restaurants and shops are only a 5-10 minutes walk away. Resorts of Playa Las Americas and Los Christianos are 15 minutes away by car.

The Tenerife region

Most southern point of Tenerife, very quiet area with year round sunshine. Temperatures in the winter in the 20's. There are many things to do such as walking, golfing and sailing. Or sightseeing such as visiting Mount Teide.
Tenerife is an ideal place to unwind and relax with its year round sunshine.Cost of living is cheap compared to the UK. Cost of eating out is very reasonable. Many shops available with bargain clothing, perfumes etc.

Costa del Silencio area

Near Las Galletas : authentic Spanish village, walking boulevard and many shops and restaurants available.
Apartments are located on the most southern point of Tenerife, very quiet area, no noisy bars and no road traffic.
Fantasic views over the ocean.

Supermarket is just around the corner, further bars and restaurants within walking distance. Pools are available and also baby pool. Apartment complex is very clean and well maintained. Las Americas can easily be reached within 15 minutes with its many bars and restaurants.

How to get there

Tenerife Sur airport is only 15 minutes away by car.
Tenerife North airport is only 30-40 minutes away by car.

Transfers can be arranged by us for 20 Euros one way or local taxi from airport which should cost no more than 20 Euros.
Many car rental companies available in arrivals hall e.g. www.recordrentacar.com. Or rent locally close to the apartment from www.gigirentacar.com.

Balcony offers lovely and unobstructed view over ocean. Terrace furniture includes dining table with 4 chairs, 2 reclining chairs and 2 sunbeds. Balcony offers sunshade which can be fully extended.
Apartment is facing south meaning you will have sunshine all day long. The spacious sleeping room is situated on the north side , this means it will stay cool during the summer months.
