This cozy apartment is 60 sq metres, it´s bright, recently renovated and is in the best condition. It is fully furnished and equipped, so it has all the necessary appliances for a complete stay with all the comforts.

This apartment which is located in a quiet area "Guargacho" in the south of the island, is also close to the most interesting and needed places (supermarkets, banks, bakeries, restaurants...). Well connected by public transport (buses) that take you to all the most touristic áreas (in the south or to the north).

The apartment is located close from: Tenerife South Airport (just 9 km), beautiful beaches (4 km), excellent golf courses like Amarilla Golf, Golf del Sur, Los Palos... (5 Km away), the largest aquatic park in Europe, "Siam Park" which you can see the image in our selected potos (12 Km), "Parque Las Águilas" the "Eagle Park" (12 Km), Aqua Club Termal Spa(13 Km), the tallest volcano of Spain "Teide" (45 Km).

From the apartment you also can easily go to the north of the island (100Km aproximately) where you can visit places like: "Loro Parque", "Lago Martiánez" and the different black sand beaches or you can visit the capital of the island "Santa Cruz" (68Km) the biggest area to buy too.

The 2 bedrooms apartment has 1 double bed, 1 single bed and it also has 1 sofa, 1 bathroom, 1 living room with a complete american style kitchen, and it also has a balcony. Some of the features are: electric stove, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, electric coffee maker, iron for clothes, internet Access WIFI, television (with lots of channels in multiple languages) game console and board games to make yourself feel like at home.

The Canary Islands region

Arona is one of the most important tourist municipalities on the island; it has a wonderful climate all year round, allowing tourist expansion, and the growth of its population, that has multiplied by nine in the last century, giving a general idea of the development achieved by this municipality in recent times. The village of Arona situated high in the valley overlooking the successes of its massive expansion through the late 70's until the present day still remains the sleepy village it was in times gone by. Well worth a visit but quite a drive from Los Cristianos or Buzanada.

An important harbor has been established in the area of Los Cristianos, allowing communication between Tenerife and La Gomera, La Palma and El Hierro with ferries operated by both Fred Olsen and Trasmediterranea. The largest mural in the world has been created on this dock, with 4.800 m 2 of surface area that recreates the theme of cetacean protection with the slogan “Los Cristianos – Port of Nature".

Agricultural activity is concentrated in the Valley of Saint Lorenzo, where bananas are cultivated on wide surfaces, destined for the peninsular markets. Terrain is also dedicated to producing tomatoes, potatoes, peppers and flowers (in greenhouses) destined for exporting to European countries. Tourism however has dwarfed all other local commercial activities as Arona and its main coastal destinations including Los Cristianos and Las Americas (major destination shared by boundaries with Adeje) have taken key positions in Europe's top listed destinations.

Therefore, tourism is the main source of income for this southern municipality that has wisely known how to exploit the characteristics of its climate, warm, dry and permanently sunny, to create an important tourist enclave. Over 60% of its population is related to this sector with a diverse international population since the early 1980's.
