Home description

This wonderful 3 bedroomed, 2 bathroomed apartment is situated on the top floor of the picturesque Parque Don Jose complex in Costa Del Silencio. The apartment boasts spectacular views of the pool and up to mount Teide. It is well equipped and well suited for couples and families and offers a wide range of facilities. There is also a large private roof terrace which has all day sunshine.

Facilities on the complex include: large freeform pool with FREE use of sun beds, a child's play area, and ornamental quite area with large fishpond, gardens and seating area.

Locally there are a range of sports activities that are available. There is a range of bars and restaurants situated adjacent to the complex. Supermarkets, restaurants and bars are a short walk away and the quaint fishing village of Las Galletas and the sea is a mere 10 minute’s stroll.

Our apartment is maintained to a high standard by our on-site maintenance and service team. They are available if you should require any assistance or encounter any problems whist you are staying at our apartment.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands; formed around the very impressive mount Tiede the island has seen massive changes over the past 30 years. The south of the island has established itself as the holiday hotspot, largely due to the fact that it boasts year-round sunshine. The larger resorts of Playa de las Americas and Los Cristianos are only a 10 minute ride from Parque don Jose and there is a daily bus service located 5 minutes walk from the complex. The capital of Santa Cruz and Puerto de las Cruz are situated in the north of the island are both worth a visit. The far north east is home to the breathtaking views of the Taganana hills whilst on the North West you will find Masca and the most wonderful canarian town of Garachico. No trip to Tenerife is complete without a trip up to the mountain, ride the cable car up to the peak or just relax in the purpose built restaurant at its base.

You will find numerous attractions, certainly too many to mention but loro parue, the Aqua park and coming soon the Siam theme park are all great places to visit with the kids.

Tenerife has some wonderful beaches, the best by far can be found in Los Cristianos and is called las vistas beach, a must for you sun/sea worshipers.


Costa del Silencio / Parque Do Jose area

Meaning the coast of silence in Spanish, Costa del Silencio offers the peace and tranquillity required for a relaxing holiday.

An abundance of shops, supermarkets and restaurants can be found within easy walking distance and there are many bars from themed to sports bars all of which are very welcoming and ready to serve you your favourite tipple again within easy walking distance of Parque Don Jose.


Costa Del Silencio was built on the very edge of a small typically Spanish fishing village called Las Galletas. The village has grown somewhat over the past twenty years yet retains all of its charm and character. Here you will find many clothes, gift and jewellery shops along with many bars and typically Spanish restaurants for you to enjoy. The seafront boasts so superb restaurants/bars with views out to the ocean.

Las Galletas is also home to one of the islands most established diving clubs If your passion is the sea.

Fly to Tenerife South airport (Reina Sofia), clients should then take a bus or taxi to Parque don Jose, Costa del Silencio it takes about 20 minutes by taxi and should cost around 20 euros. From the north Tenerife airport the journey takes about 1 hour via taxi.

The apartment is nicely decorated and features a spacious lounge/diner with two sofas and matching chair and dining table which seats six. There is also a T.V with BBC1, BBC2, ITV, CHANNEL 4 and 5, SKY NEWS and a FILM CHANNEL, DVD player and music system for playing C.Ds and Tapes. There are large patio doors leading out onto the spacious terrace with its breathtaking views of both the pool and Mount Tiede.

The kitchen is equipped to a high standard and includes: fitted cupboards, granite work surfaces, large fridge/freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, iron and ironing board.

The two bathrooms are also fitted to a high standard one featuring shower, toilet, bidet and large sink with feature unit whilst the other features a shower, toilet, sink unit and washing machine.

The master bedroom is fitted with large wardrobes, a double bed and patio doors leading to the spacious balcony and offers beautiful views up to Mount Tiede. The two remaining bedrooms also feature wardrobes and both have two single beds. All bedrooms have ceiling fans for your extra comfort.

The spacious terrace is large enough for sun beds and houses a large table for alfresco dining. There is also a spiral staircase which provides access to the huge totally private roof terrace which has sun beds for your added convenience.

Further details outdoors:
The complex boasts a very large walk-in swimming pool, a separate baby pool and separate children’s pool which is ideal for the kids! There is a tennis & petanque court. There is a secure children’s play area and at the far end of the complex you will find a secluded garden area with seating and large fish pond.


Conditions


We require a £100 per week non-refundable deposit to secure all bookings.

Our apartment is available for 4pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 10 am on day of departure unless prior arrangement has been made by ourselves.

Balance must be paid no later than 8 weeks before departure.

Change over days are ideally Friday or Tuesday, however we may consider bookings on different days, please call with your requirements.

We are also able to obtain a number of 1 and 2 bedroomed apartments on this complex. Please feel free to contact us for availability on these.
