Fully air conditioned the Villa has 4 double bedrooms all with TVs, balcony and ensuite bathrooms and sleeps up to 8 people, private parking, video entrance surveillance, under floor heating and a lift for access to every floor including the car park - ideal for wheelchair users.
The open plan living and dining area is beautifully furnished with a large sweeping staircase, decorative fire place and marble floors. TV with Sky, DVD player, and iPod docking station. Wifi is also available.
The kitchen has all modern cooking appliances and utensils with large dining table, cloakroom toilet and utility room with washing machine and ironing facilities. There are several outdoor terraces leading to the infinity pool with breath taking views of the ocean and puerto portals. The Villa benefits from the sun all day long and has large outdoor dining areas complete with dining table and chairs to seat 8 and a large gas BBQ.
Family friendly we have 3 cots, a high chair and a steriliser for use.

A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the full holiday price is required to secure your booking (payable by bank transfer). A rental agreement will be sent to you, payment of your deposit confirms acceptance of our rental terms and conditions. The full balance is payable 12 weeks before arrival, unless otherwise stated.
A £1,000 damage deposit is required upon paying your balance. Any inventory differences and/or damages will be deducted from your damage deposit before being transferred back to you.
The Balearic Islands region
Palma de Mallorca, the capital of the Balearic Islands, is the largest city in Mallorca.The historical centre of Palma is the oldest part of the city. It is also a refreshing area to walk in on one of Palma's hot humid days: the streets are narrow and shady. You will get a chance to peek in at a number of private courtyards. The Mallorca high season is between July and September, book early to avoid disappointment. The climate of Majorca is a Mediterranean climate with hot, bright summers. Majorca's own language is Catalan.
The two official languages of Majorca are Catalan and Spanish. The local dialect of Catalan is Mallorquí, even though the dialects are slightly different in most villages. Olives and almonds are typical of the Majorcan diet. The island has over 4 million almond and olive trees. Among the food items that are Majorcan are sobrassada, arros brut (saffron rice cooked with chicken, pork and vegetables), and the sweet pastry ensaïmada.
Costa D'En Blanes
This superb modern family friendly villa located in the exclusive residential area of Costa d'en Blanes boasting outstanding panoramic mountain and sea views. A peaceful location which sits on the South West coast of the Balearic island of Majorca, yet only 10 minutes walk away from the prestigious and fashionable Puerto Portals yacht marina and beach, designer stores, restaurants, clubs, bars and a beach club that offers many facilities including tennis and a gym.
The proximity to the beach allows for all manner of water sports including diving and water-skiing. Only 10 minutes from Palma city if you fancy visiting the gothic cathedral in the old town or heading to the shops for some retail therapy and 20 minutes from Palma airport. If sport is your thing, there is an excellent place to try golf with the course at Real Golf de Bendinat just minutes away. For a day out with the kids, why not visit the fantastic Marineland where you can see Dolphins, sharks, turtles and sea lions.

"This is not a holiday let, it is someones home and welcomes you"
We reserved this villa as a base for our daughters wedding in Majorca, and what a good choice for this special occasion! A beautiful home tastefully decorated and fully equipped. Magnificent views, wonderful location, great Management company (BPS) and friendly easy communications with the owners. A very smooth arrangement with the availability of the family car to hire, an added bonus (and wedding transport! ) We had a wonderful time.
