Home description
Beverley Hills Heights is a large Villa - internally split into self contained apartments, with exceptional facilities. There are gorgeous oak furnishings, leather sofas, the various kitchens in each apartment are fully equipped including fridge-freezer, dishwasher. There is a washing machine for guests' use. Internally the Villa is separated into 3/4 exclusive apartments and each has its' own facilities. Two adjoining apartments (2 bedrooms in each) overlook the fully tiled swimming pool and an overflow sleeping area (with 2 bedrooms) and another apartment (1 bedroom) with a large living area accessed down a small flight of stairs by the swimming pool. Outside there is lots of space with mature gardens and palm trees, as well as a huge barbecue area with a purpose built bbq, There is also a terrace with bar football table, darts board, basket ball and a table tennis table, terraces for sunbathing with plenty of sunbeds and chairs; and a large oak dining table outside. The Villa has everything you could possibly need for 5 star holiday in the sun.

The Fuerteventura region
Known for its peace and tranquility, Fuerteventura is a beautiful Island full of character with year round sunshine and generally known as the Caribbean of the Canary Islands.
Only 10 minutes, by free Bus, from Beverley Hills Heights is Oasis Park which is a fantastic attraction that offers camel safaris up the mountain and crocodile shows amongst many other activities.
Sotovento beach is 5 minutes drive from Beverley Hills which is famous for windsurfing and kitesailing.
Costa Calma area
The beaches are very long, sandy and safe. There are many interesting places to visit. Costa Calma is particuarly famous for Windsurfing and Kitesailing where the World Championships take place each year in summer. The Villa is ten minutes from a very popular Zoo 'Oasis Park' where the Camel Safaris are a lifetime memory. Five minutes on foot are the nearby shops, restaurants and a supermarket, a further 5 minutes takes you to the beautiful beach where you can walk for 21 km without leaving the golden sands.
How to get there
We are located in Costa Calma, just 40 minutes from Puerto del Rosario airport, south of the beautiful Island of Fuerteventura where the beaches are like paradise. We can organise airport collection for a small charge. Travelling is easy for the holiday maker and the roads are generally very good and well signed. Buses are on time as are the ferries. Most major airlines fly direct to Fuerteventura; including www.firstchoice.co.uk; www.flythomson.co.uk; www.monarch.com; www.thomascook.co.uk as well as www.easyjet.com. I would also recommend trying Dial A Flight who search for the most competitive prices, as well as www.airflights.co.uk.

Further details indoors: The villa is beautifully furnished using high quality furniture to make the surroundings luxurious. Two of the integral apartments are separated by an internal door so privacy is guaranteed.
Further details outdoors: There are 5 separate terraces surrounding the villa so privacy is absolutely guaranteed. There are large mature palm trees and gardens on the back terrace which is 90 feet long and 80 feet wide (excellent for playing football!). There is a brick built barbecue and el fresco dining facilities on all the terraces.

The price quoted is FROM PER VILLA-APARTMENT (taking 4 guests in each) . £99 per additonal guest up to 22 guests in 4 apartments within Beverley Hills Heights. Children under the age of 2 stay FREE as guests of Hollywood heights (and cots, highchairs, buggies are provided with our compliments). Peak periods, including Xmas, New Year, Easter and mid-term breaks are charged a supplement for high season.
There is a cleaning charge of £50 per week, per apartment, on all bookings. All bed linen and towels are provided. However, please note you need to bring your own beach towels for use outdoors. Other services can be provided on request, eg. grocery welcome pack. A collection service on arrival at the airport can be organised for a nominal charge.
The villa is usually available from 4pm on the day of arrival and we ask that it be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Subject to booking arrangements, other times may occasionally be accommodated. A 20% deposit will be required to secure a booking, the balance being due not later than 8 weeks prior to departure.
