Our one bedroomed apartment is a top floor apartment on the 2nd floor in the same brand new beachfront complex like our studio home, built according to the highest standards. From the large private balcony opens an amazing panoramic view over the turquoise blue Atlantic Ocean, and the endless white sanded beaches. The sunrise from the ocean is absolutely unforgettable. Listening to the ocean or enjoying the sunshine in a suntrap at the outdoor swimming pool can give a complete relaxation.

The spectacular white sanded beach of Costa Calma is only 50 metres away. The shopping centre and supermarkets are in 10 minutes walking distance. There are various restaurants and bars around open until late hours. It is ideal for couples who need privacy and relaxation.

In the one bedroomed apartment all the furniture is new and designed at high standard. The living area has a comfortable sofa that invites you to relax and enjoy directly the wonderful ocean views, or watch your favoruite channel on the flat screen 32' TV. We have high speed internet connection installed in the apartment, we offer free WIFI connection from our own modem WIFI (5 GB).
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a bar desk with 2 bar chairs with ajustable levels. You can decide to eat there or outside in the terrace where you can find the dining area with 4 chairs and table. The terrace is partly covered, suitable for outside dining. The bedroom has an extra comfortable double bed. Also there is a smaller room behind with a built in wardrobe, and sofa bed. The bathroom has a normal sized (60x90 cm) shower.Towels and linens are provided, but please use your own beach towels at the beach or pool area.The apartment has a very good ventillation, has mosquito screens, and gets a lot of sunshine and light all through the day.

The apartment provides a large partly covered balcony with 4 chairs and outdoor cristal dinning table, suitable for outside dining. The complex has an unheated swimming pool, with arteficial waterfall, surrounded by sunbeds free to use. The tennis court of the complex is also free of charge. There are free parking places at both entrances of the complex.

How do damage deposits work?

If Mirtill (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your holiday booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
