About the home

The perfectly situated villa enjoys all day sunshine and some of the most memorable sunsets to get those emotions running. Enjoy drinks and relax by your private pool or soak up the sun on your spacious terrace. Dinner can be prepared on your BBQ and enjoyed on your outside dining area. Inside you will find luxurious accommodation with an ultra large lounge with a quality chocolate leather corner sofa for relaxing or enjoying family entertainment which is provided. Upstairs comprises of a master bedroom with walk in wardrobe King sized bed and en suite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds both also have double wardrobes. Due to the size of the lounge there is a sofa bed provided.

Through the main entrance, there is an entry vestibule from where you can access the kitchen, the very spacious entertainment lounge, dining and relaxing areas. The kitchen consists of high quality wall and floor units, topped with marble and enhanced by top of the range appliances, including oven/hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, blender, food processor, coffee press etc and the large utility room with washing machine and an additional drinks fridge/freezer!

Into the lounge, dining and relaxing areas, you encounter contemporary furnishings included a extra large chocolate leather L Shaped sofa comfortably seating 6, extendible dining table and chairs and an additional relaxing area containing a sofabed ideally positioned to enjoy the fantastic sea views over the Atlantic Ocean. There is a Samsumg flatscreen Television with a good selection of channels, as well a a DVD, CD, Playstation.

Guest also have use of cots and high chairs upon request.

Passing through the double patio doors, onto the large terrace and pool area. The terrace has luxury exterior furniture idea for El fresco dining next to the BBQ area. The pool is separated by a gated wooden fence to ensure safety and is surrounded by the quality grass "nomow".

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest Canary Island, it is located 200 miles of the west coast of Africa. Tenerife is closer to the Africian continent than to Europe. The gentle climate here makes it summer weather all year round. Winter temperatures rarely go below 22.

Tenerife is certainly a place for everyone, fantastic beaches. lovely restaurants, swish bars and superb nightlife for the young and Spain's highest peak, Mount Teide.

For water sport lovers, there is scuba diving, snorkelling, para gliding, jet skis and for the less energetic you can watch the whales and dolphins from a huge range of catamarans and boats. For golfers, there are several courses of Championship quality, tennis, football and many other sports.

Many other places to visit include The Pyramides of Guimar, Candelaria, the 500m high cliff at Los Gigantes, the highest village in Spain is Vilaflor where there is a great picnic area and the Canarian Pine forests surrounding Mount Teide.

Once you have visited this beautiful island you will have a desire to return, like many people who come back year after year.

The Costa Adeje / Roque del Conde Torviscas Alto area

Tenerife and Costa Adeje offers a large selection of sports and pastimes, Golf Costa Adeje has one of the most prestigious courses on the island and is only 5 minutes away. Next door to Golf Costa Adeje is one of Europe's most modern sports centres T3 (Tenerife Top Training) with an Olympic size pool, 2 full size football pitches, tennis courts, squash courts, beach volleyball and gym.

Tenerife has long been famous for it's wonderful Loro Park in the North of the island, now in the South a few minutes drive from the villa the same company has created Europe's biggest water theme park, SIAM PARK! This is a complete day for everyone, with every water attraction imaginable, combined with quality restaurants and fantastic weather it makes it an unforgettable experience.

Aqualand is less than 2km from the villa with is dolphin show's and the Jungle Park is nearby Aguilas del Teide.

The old Town of Adeje is only a short drive away and for walkers Barranco del Infierno which starts at the top of Adeje and provides an enjoyable walk taking around 4 hours into the waterfall.
Otello Chicken restaurant is next door and is definitely worth a visit to try the local Canarian chicken and sangria.

From Reina Sofia Airport, drive south on the motorway TF1, past Los Cristianos and Playa de Las Americas until junction 29, marked El Madroñal. Take this junction off the TF1 and travel along this road until the next right hand turn. Turn right take this road to the end where there is a T junction. Turn left and then take the immediate first right into Los Girasoles. First right again and the villa is number 33 at the end of the road on the right hand side.

“Lovely week in the sun :-)” Two of my friends & I enjoyed a lovely week here in the sun. The villa is in a quiet area in a gated community (but automatic security gates at the main entrance were not in use during our stay), approx 20 min taxi from airport. Lots of room, 3 good sized bedrooms (especially upstairs, very creaky bed though!) and 2 bathrooms (showers fairly poor). Some of the furnishings were on the tired side, and general cleanliness was disappointing in some areas (floors, pots/pans, utensils, bbq). Totally gave up on trying to use the hob! Also, beware of ants in kitchen! Having wi-fi was an excellent bonus, as was the car for supermarket trips, not to mention the swimming pool which was rather bracing and only used for a quick dip! Outdoor area was perfect for lounging, with all day sunshine for those who want it. Approx 15 min walk downhill to the beachfront restaurants, cheap taxi ride back up hill! We ate twice at "Coeur de Filet" which was well worth the price for food and service.
