About the home

This property is fantastic for big families wanting to stay together. It has 2 villas, the first has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, lounge area and fully equipped kitchen. It is ideal for 4 but will fit 6 as there is a sofa bed. The second has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, lounge area and a kitchen. This again is ideal for 2 people but can accommodate 3 as there is a sofa bed in the lounge. The properties are in the same plot of land that is a massive 2000 meter squared. The outside space is perfect for the Tenerife weather as this is where you will want to be for most of the time enjoying the weather and the beautiful sea views. You have your own large private pool with sunbathing area, kids playground and a table tennis table. There is a large barbecue area perfect for summer nights. You will find private parking on this property for which we do recommend a car as you'll need to drive a short way to the supermarket for supplies, but once you are stocked up this property is perfect for spending your holidays in day after day.

This is very quiet area.A perfect place for big houses and villas. Situated in the very typical Spanish village of Los Menores. Las Americas is just 10 min by car. Where you can find everything you need just a short drive away. A car is recommended.
This property has a big swimming pool, a large terrace and BBQ area. Beautiful views perfect for those holiday photos!

The property is in La Cascada a small Spanish village in Los menores, which has a variety of different tapas bars and a small shop and bar. This is a quiet area of Tenerife perfect for relaxing. But just a 10 minute drive away are the resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas. We recommend a car for this area and this property.
