Entry to the villa is via a secure alarm entry system with off road private parking behind an electronic gate.
As you enter the property you will get a view of the beautiful open plan living space, with the dining area on your left surrounded by large windows all around making this space light and bright.
The kitchen is separate with a serving hatch to the dining area and is fully equipped with all modern appliances which include, dishwasher, microwave, oven and ceramic hob, kettle, toaster and fully stocked with crockery and glasses. A door leads off from the kitchen to the separate utility room with washing machine.

The Tenerife region

Thanks to its location, there are marvellous views of the neighbouring island of La Gomera and the tourist areas of Costa Adeje.

La Caleta is an up and coming resort which is on the fashionable Costa Adeje coast. Just 15 minutes from the airport and a short walk form the famous Adeje Golf Course and prestigious Hotel d’ El Duque. La Caleta has a selection of charming restaurants and shops and is 10 minutes from the night life of Playa de Las Americas.

Further details indoors: Steps lead down from the dining are into the open lounge where you can enjoy watching the 50 inch Flat screen television, which also has a British TV package including, BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, CH4 and Channel 5, plus a DVD player. There is a large chocolate leather corner sofa for comfort.
There are 3 beautifully furnished bedrooms 2 being double rooms with king size beds and ample fitted wardrobe space and the third is a twin room which is situated on the ground floor and has use of the separate shower room. Upstairs are the 2 doubles, the master bedroom has en suite bathroom with bath and shower over there is a further separate bathroom upstairs with shower. The 2 double bedrooms have access via patio doors onto the top terrace with comfortable seating and fabulous views over the Atlantic Ocean.
The property has air conditioning throughout for your comfort during the hot days and nights. This is a wonderful property once you have enjoyed a holiday here it will surely become a favourite destination.
Further details outdoors: The villa is a short walk from the Costa Adeje Golf Course and the prestigious Hotel D' El Duque, where you can enjoy a fantastic evening. The resort of La Caleta has a good selection of of charming restaurants and shops while the lively Playa De Las Americas is just a short 10 minute drive away.
Patio doors open onto the terrace with comfortable sofas and table for enjoying a cold drink, to the side of this terrace there is also a 6 seater patio table with large parasol for shade and a gas BBQ.
The landscaped gardens are beautifully kept and spacious the heated swimming pool is 7.5 x 3.25 metres.

We all had a fantastic holiday, thank you. Your home in the sun is absolutely wonderful, you should be very proud to have it. We have told so many people about it and shown so many photographs, you would not believe. The "kids" had a great time just baking in the sun and then dipping in the pool. For us "Big Kids" the reality of a Villa holiday, versus an apartment holiday was just a revelation. Relaxation was the order of the day, and Villa Louisa provided the ideal location for that.
