About the home

A brand-new villa furnished to the highest standards located above the exclusive Fañabe – Bahia del Duque beaches in southern Tenerife.

This dream-like property, built on three floors, comprises 4 double bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, and a fully fitted independent studio sleeping 2. A large, large living-dining room furnished with 3 Italian leather sofas, 42 inches plasma television, DVD player, hi-fi system a bespoke dinner table with 8 chairs. The master bedroom on the ground floor is suitable for elderly and infirm and features, in the en-suite bathroom, a large Jacuzzi bathtub. The master bedroom on the fist floor has an adjoining reading room and a large terrace overlooking the ocean.

The ample garden offers a 10x5 mts pool, heated during the winter, a children’s pool, a solarium with loungers and umbrellas, shady porch with table and chairs to lunch alfresco, outdoors seating area and built-in BBQ. Selection of books, games, CDs & DVDs.

Villa Angelica is a prestigious independent Villa; recently completed and lovingly furnished to the highest specifications by the present owner. The beautiful ground floor master bedroom is suitable for elderly and infirm and features a large Jacuzzi bathtub, in the en suite bathroom. The opulent master bedroom on the first floor has an attached reading room and a large terrace overlooking the ocean equipped with sun loungers and parasol and a breakfast table for four. Two further luxurious double bedrooms are found on the first floor furnished with extra large single beds for flexible sleeping arrangements. The lower ground floor has a fully equipped studio apartment, furnished with two single beds, its own kitchen, bathroom and independent entrance.
All linen is provided, including bathrobes and pool towels. Two cots and two highchairs are available at no extra charge. Hairdryers are provided in every bathroom. Electronic safes are fitted in both master bedrooms. A washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board and other related items are to be found on the lower ground floor. Selection of books, games, CDs and DVDs, large fridge-freezer in the kitchen/breakfast room plus back up freezer in the storage room.
A Welcome basket is offered to guests upon arrival which includes complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk and bottled mineral water.
Weekly housekeeping service included Non-smokers only - no pets allowed - children welcome. A transfer service from Tenerife South Airport is available

Conditions

A 30% deposit is required on booking with balance payable 60 days prior to holiday.
Payment in full required for bookings made less than 60 days before holiday.
A refundable security deposit of GBP 300, or the equivalent, against damages is to be included with final payment.
We accept payments by Telegraphic Transfer in GBP, EUR or USD only.

Set high above the exclusive beaches of Fañabe and Bahia del Duque, accessible by car in only 10 minutes, the privileged location of the Villa Angelica offers wonderful views of the coastline and the rugged Adeje Mountains and to the west the island of La Gomera. Local activities include cycling, diving, fishing, golf, horse riding, hill-walking, surfing, swimming, tennis, sailing, golf, whale-watching and wind-surfing. The Aqua Club Termal is located nearby and with over 6,000 sq. metres of facilities, is one of Europe's finest sports and leisure centres. The Open de España 2003 was held at Costa Adeje golf course, which is included in the PGA circuit. The golf course designed by Pepe Gancedo, has 27 holes on wide greens and features obstacles such as gorges and lakes.
