Altamira is a front line apart hotel in the upmarket area of Costa Adeje. A short stroll along the front and you will find the Bahia Del Duque Beach. Almost everything is available within walking distance of Altamira, Restaurants, Bars, Watersports, Supermarkets, Designer shops, Outdoor markets and a 10 minute taxi ride will take you into the more lively Las Americas. For large groups we can negotiate with the apatment next door.

Costa Adeje is an upmarket area of predominantly 4* and 5* hotels. Suitable for familes and couples looking for a relaxing holiday.

The Bahia Del Duque Beach is said to be the best beach in South Tenerife with watersports available. Restaurants, Bars, Shops are all within walking distance. The area of La Calleta is a 10 min seafront walk which has some beautiful fish restaurants.The Aquapark is a 10 min ride in a taxi, Adventure parks and shows etc can be arranged through reception.

* A deposit of £100.00 is due when the client confirms the booking. The following cancellation charges will apply - 56+ days = deposit, 28-55 days= 50%, 14-27 days= 75% and 0-14 days = 100%

A £150.00 security deposit is payable with the final balance against any breakages or damage.This would be returned within 7 days of your departure after the agent has checked the property.

Balance of the rent is payable not less than 6 weeks before start of the rental period. If payment is not received by the due date we reserve the right to give notice in writing, that the reservation is cancelled. Reservations made within 6 weeks of the rental period require full payment at time of booking.

The rental period will comence at 1600 hrs on the first day and end at1000hrs on the last day. The client will not be entitled to remain in occupation after the time stated.

The number of people occupying the apartment must not exceed the number of persons agreed on when confirming the booking.
