Home description
The studio Barranco del Infierno is situated in Adeje village at the entrance to one of the most beautiful ravines in Tenerife named “barranco del infierno” (Hell’s Ravine). The hike up this lush, green ravine is a walker’s paradise and is highly recommended.
The studio benefits from a private terrace, from which you can enjoy beautiful mountain and sea views. Guests can also relax on the shared solarium, again with views over neighbouring La Gomera and El Hierro. The studio is ideal for those looking for peace and quiet, for those wanting to savour the atmosphere of a Canary town and yet still be within ten minutes from the coast.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Isles and is perfect for a holiday at any time of the year. With year round sunshine there is no excuse not to get out and about and explore this gem of an island.
There is plenty to do for the whole family - a water park, water sports, boat rides to name but a few things. Be sure to explore the interior of the island too. Put on your walking boots, pack a picnic and spend the day discovering all that Tenerife has to offer! From lush forests, to the imposing Mount Teide, sand dunes, beautiful coastline, exotic fauna and flora and much more besides, this can be much more than a beach holiday!
Costa Adeje area
The studio is situated at the entrance to the stunning ravine, El Barranco del Infierno" (Hell's Ravine), which is rich in natural beauty and atmosphere. Keen walkers amongst you will not be disappointed - the hike up to the lush, green ravine comes highly recommended!
It is the only location on the island where you will find natural running water, as the walk ends in a waterfall. You need to book a day and time (Tlf: +34 922 782 885) as only a limited number of people are given access per day. Other beautiful walks can be arranged with an English speaking guide through the owner.
How to get there
Fly to Tenerife South Airport. Regular, scheduled Flights to Tenerife can be booked from numerous airports in the UK, Ireland & Scotland. Dublin with Ryanair is one of the latest routes along with Flyglobespan from Aberdeen, Durham Tees, Edinburgh & Liverpool. Car hire and taxis available.
