About the home

The villa consists of two bedrooms with their own balconies, master bedroom en suite with bath and separate shower cubicle ,wc , wash hand vanity unit ,bidet. Patio doors leading from the bedroom to the balcony with views over the golf course. The twin room has views of the coast of Las Americas, with door leading to the balcony. Separate shower room with shower cubicle, wc, and wash hand pedestal. There is a roof terrace providing fantastic views. Both bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities and hairdryers.
The ground floor consists of an open plan lounge/diner with leather suit, sat.T:V , coffee table, dining table 4 chairs , wall unit
with large mirror, American style kitchen with more than enough crockery, cutlery and utensils. Patio doors leading to the private pool with sunbathing area, a covered terrace when shade is needed, barbacue, sunloungers (4) patio table 4 chairs great for al fresco dining.Externally to the front is a utility room with washing machine.

The villa is situated less than 5 mins drive to the fishing Village of La Calaeta which provides a good selection of restaurants, well known for its fish but also serving meat, a superb italian wine bar, a selection of bars, mini markets and shops. There is a small pebble beach with bar serving food and drinks which provides showers and W:Cs. The Canarian village of Adeje is 5 mins drive away providing a selection of authentic restaurants, shops and bars. The fabulous beaches of Fanabe are approx 5 mins drive, the Del Duque beach has golden sand and a promanade with cafes and restaurants and changing facilities. The lively resorts of Las Americas and Los Cristianos are 10 to 15 mins drive away. The area is ideal for walking, cycling and beach life and is a superb base for touring the island with only 1 hour from the famous mount Teide and the fabulous Loro parque theme park.

Further details outdoors:
Externally the villa provides a garage, utility room with washing machine. A roof terrace with views of the sea, mountains and the coast of Las Americas which is superb when lit up at night. To both the bedrooms there is a private balcony.
To the rear of the villa is the private pool overlooking the golf course with sunbathing terrace, covered terrace when shade is needed, BBQ and ample patio furniture.

You will be provided with a contact number for ourselves should you have any queries during your stay. We live a short drive away.
Towels will be changed mid week and a full bed linen and towels after 7 days.
The villa will be ready for your stay from 4pm on the day of your arrival and we ask that you vacate by 10 am on the day of your departure.

Conditions

We require a 100 pounds deposit per week and the balance to be paid six weeks prior to arrival. We are able to provide a welcome pack at a cost of 20 pounds which includes tea, coffee, sugar, bread, butter, jam, crisps, biscuits, ham, cheese, water, wine.
A cot is available at 10 pounds per week.
A highchair is also available at 10 pounds per week.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife offers 52 weeks of sunshine, the average for winter is low 20s and in the height of summer 30 plus. The climate is very pleasant with low humidity. Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and offers so much, from the fantastic National Park of Mount Teide,a world heritage site, the cliffs of Los Gigantes, a huge variety of flora and fauna unique to this island. There are superb water sports, diving, snorkeling, fishing, jet sking, boat excursions to see the whales and dolphins. For the beach lover there are superb man made golden sand beaches. The island boasts 6 golf courses in the south and a further 2 in the north, ample tennis courts, volley ball, horse riding. There are also a number of luxury spa's. There are also plenty of day trips on offer from animal parks, water parks. As for the nightlife there is something for every age group.

The Costa Adeje / Costa Adeje Golf area

Costa Adeje Golf is a par 72 championship course with fantastic views of the sea and La Gomera. Vista golf is situated on this famous course, but is also idealy located for exploring the island and just a short distance from the local villages offering beaches restaurants, bars,shops etc.

This high standard linked villa is situated 25 minutes from Reina Sofia Airport, overlooking the golf links of the prestigious Costa Adeje Golf.The villa is perfect for both golfers and non golfers who enjoy breathtaking views in a peaceful location yet only minutes from the fishing village of La Caleta, 5 mins drive form Las Americas, Los Cristianos and the authentic village of Adeje famous for its garlic chicken. It is only 2 mins drive from a Hypermarket and a 2 mins walk to the golf club, which has a bar serving drinks and snacks, a restaurant and golf shop.

“Excellent property. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend to similarly mature adults with an interest in playing Golf. While a car is essential, good restaurants are only 5 mins. away. It was our 10th time visiting Tenerife staying in various types of accommodation and would consider this the best yet. Small touches of having some basic kitchen items such as salt sugar and small supply of Tea and Coffee to get you going were appreciated.
We were very happy with the weather.

“Hi,thank you so much for being so helpfull last Christmas when we rented your villa.The villa is excellent,we have stayed in the Canary islands 19 times now and this was the best so far.Very comfy
even the beds were good,a failure with most holiday renals.A car is a must,but that was the good part as its only a 5 minute drive everywhere you need to go,and the beauty of a peaceful location to stay .We have stayed in the resorts in the past,but the noise was terrible,even the 5 star hotels are never far from a karioke bar.The only disturbance here was the odd sparrow churp,great.W eloved it,will come again,and would highly recommend it,very many thanks,The Claxton family”

This is our second stay and we will be back. We love being so close to the golf course yet with a short drive from facilities. Mr Mrs Taylor , Stoke on Trent.

This villa is equipped with everything you need there wasn't anything we could not find and is in a great location. Mr Mrs Dwyer, Doncaster.

We have had a great holiday in a great location and we really enjoyed the restaurants of La Caleta. We hope to be back. Mr Mrs West, .Bournemouth
