The apartment is brand new at just 60 feet -20 metres- from the ocean! Its terrace and huge solarium offer you the best of the so-closed blue shining ocean.
After a lunch under the pérgola that looks down onto the reefs, you can laze away in a sun bed and sip a cocktail listening to the rustling of the waves. From the terrace you can watch your children fishing from the rocks at a few metres from you.
It is situated between two bays, where the water offers spectacular colours on the reefs. You may as well enjoy the tropical swimming pool, "The Floral Lido Lake" at a few steps.
It is an ideal apartment for those who like to enjoy the so-closed sea front in his authentic quietness, without the hustle and bustle of the over crowded tourist areas.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife looks as a rough triangular structure which blends into beaches and coves. As the sand approaches, exhausted and surrendered to the sea, it offers the visitor a series of contrasts and attractions which have made Tenerife one of the main cornerstones of international tourism. Tenerife offers places, attractions, excursions and activities for all ages. Dolfin and whales sightseeing excursions, summer chill out cruises, exotic parks as cactus and animal parks, huge waterpark, jeep safari, Karting club, paragliding (tandem flights), scuba diving, trekking, quad safari, water skiing, golf, Spa, jazz club and chill out bars for the evening, casino and much more. Dear guests, I will provide you with a list of websites you could can discover with more information on each attraction or excursion of interest sothat you could prepare your journey before coming to the island in case you don’t know it yet.
Costa Adeje / Principe Beach area
The quaint resort of Playa Paraiso is situated between the village of Callao Salvaje and El Puertito and has both a local residential and tourist population as well as four and five stars hotels.
The famous Golf of Costa Adeje is just 5 minutes drive from the apartment.
In the apartment you'll find documentation of touristic interest (excursions, gastronomy, English Tenerife magazine, map, ....). You'll find as well two maps I've prepared myself with very good indications of the roads and the exact location of main restaurants, shopping centrums, night clubs, ...
At a short walking distance from the apartment you may enjoy the tropical swimming pool, the "Lake Lido", or if you prefer to pamper you and relax in warm water and bubbles, the Spa "Azules de Nivaria" nextdoor offers a brand new thermal circuit with warmed swimming pool, jacuzzi’s, Turkish bath, Roman bath,… for a very accessible price (see more details in “exterior” section).
At a few steps you have an excursion office where you can reserve any kind of excursion, daily or nocturne attractions with transport.
There is as well an office that offers Internet services, fax, cheap international phone calls, ...
On the maritime path in the same complex of the apartment, there is a very good Italian restaurant that prepares homemade fresh pasta. In the area of Playa Paraiso, there are little local restaurants, a few bars and 2 local supermarkets (open 7/7 days 9am to 9 pm) that sell as well English products.
You may also enjoy the refined restaurants from different styles in the four and five stars hotels, where external guests are welcome:
The "Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel" ***** offers the "Gavoe Buffet Restaurant" with show cooking and ocean view as well as the restaurant "A la carte" with international cuisine served by candlelight.
The "Bahia Principe Tenerife" and "Bahia Principe Costa Adeje" (www.bahia-principe.com) offer 5 restaurants especialized respectively in seafood, italian, spanish and international cuisine. There is as well a discotheque "La Fiesta" where external guests are welcome.
The next village, "Callao Salvaje", at a few minutes drive, offers as well a few restaurants (French, English, Italian and Spanish cuisines)
The area of Playa Paraiso is very quiet. For people who like to enjoy nightlife, Playa de Las Americas is at 10 minutes drive. By taxi it would be 20 €uros. If you rent a car, as it is advised, you can use the main roads to get there, which is quiet quick and easy.
How to get there
It is 20 minutes from the airport. At your arrival you can either take a taxi (35€) or rent a car from the airport. Taxi station very near the apartment as well as various rent a car agencies (Nizacars,…) The best alternative is to rent a car nearby and leave it on the airport at your departure. It is 29 km (18 miles) from the airport. It is 20 minutes drive.
If you would like to go to the busy tourist towns as Playa de las Americas or Los Cristianos, it is advised to hire a car (10 minutes drive). If not, taxis on the island are relatively cheap, and there is also a bus network.

Further details indoors: The apartment has a spacious living room with a balcony to the seafront and a huge solarium.
Living room has a 32’ Plasma HD television. There is a DVD player if you fancy a night in after a hard day’s sunbathing, with DVD provided in English and some other languages or if you prefer you can visit the local shop nearby providing all the latest movies for hire. There is a hi-fi system. It has a sofa bed.
Fully and new equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, a microwave, an oven, a vitro ceramic cooker, an electrical kettle.
Two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed (150 cm wide). The second one has 2 twin beds. We can provide a cot, a car seat, a pushchairs, a park and a baby bath. You can easily leave the pushchairs in the hall (it is a private staircase and hall), at the ground level for your commodity.
There are 2 shower rooms with wc in each. There is a washing machine.
Children: many items are available for young children on request: cot, high chair, Prenatal park, buggies, table for bathing and changing babies.
The terrace / balcony / solarium areas are where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual brand new apartment.
Further details outdoors: There is a huge solarium of 70 m2 that offers a breath taking view to the sea.
It is equipped with a beautiful pergola with a full set of table and chairs. There is a BBQ and 4 sun beds.
The complex has no private swimming pool but you may enjoy the tropical swimming pool just at 100 metres walk. The Lake Lido welcomes you for a small charge in which comes included the sun beds and mattresses: 6€/1pers, 8€/2pers, 10€/3pers and 12€/4pers. There is a bar-restaurant and a playground for children.
If you prefer to pamper you and relax in warm water and bubbles, the Spa "Azules de Nivaria" which is besides offers a brand new thermal circuit with hydro massage pool, toning pool, whirlpool, Turkish bath, Roman thermal bath, Finnish sauna, relaxation lounge with thermo beds, flotation room, gymnasium, aesthetic treatments, hairdresser and beauty all this in a very refined environment linked to the five stars hotels "Rocas de Nivaria". The entrance fee is 20 € and gets to 17€ if you buy 5 tickets and to just 14,5€ if you buy 10 tickets

Baybies and children items: I can provide a cot (with linen and blankets), a park (Prenatal), a bathing set for babies, a seat car Cicco design, two highchairs (one for the dining room and one for the solarium) for a small extra charge (I’ll send you the price list on request).
Welcome I will be at the apartment to welcome you on your arrival. When you book your flights, please check it doesn’t arrive at night, because I may welcome you from early morning to late evening but I won’t be available at night and I cannot leave you the key anywhere.
Check in and check out time: I organize the changeover day for the best comfort of my guests. I try to arrange it in order you could take possession of the apartment from the moment of your arrival (except night). The same, the day of your departure, I try to organize the changeover in order you can combine the check out time with the airport. In some occasion, considering I must organize the cleaning between two occupations, there could be a slight time difference. I would be gratefull if you could give me your flights schedules.
Conditions
Price: 700 €uros/week and 100 €uro/extra night. Prices listed are per property per week for 4 persons occupancy. Supplement of 35 €uro per person per week (except young children). The maximum occupancy is 6 persons. The cost includes water and electricity. Short tems breaks: 4 nights minimum accepted when less than one week left in the availability calendar.
Deposit and balance: 25% of rental fee at the booking. It can be paid with credit card through secure payment PayPal system or by bank transfer. In case of a cancellation, the deposit won't be returned. Balance paid on arrival in cash euro
Guaranty: Refundable breakages deposit of 300 €uros / 250 GBP required on arrival to be refunded before departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). If your country doesn't belong to €uro zone, you may pay it in your currency.
Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided. No cleaning service is included. One linen service a week is included if required. The cost includes water and electricity.
Smoking: We adopt a non-smoking politic. It is strictly no smoking except on the balcony and solarium.
