A 4 bedroom 3 bathroom family house overlooking the pool in a seafront complex in Costa Adeje. It is next door to Bahia Del Duque the best hotel on the island & is very close to the Adeje golf course where the Spanish Open was held. An ideal location for all the family with stunning sea views. The property faces South & West & so enjoys sunshine from breakfast to sundown on the terrace. The huge pool is shared but there are seldom more than 2 or 3 families at any time. The paddling pool is separated from the deeper adult pool & we have a stack of pool loungers for our guests

The Tenerife region

Tenerife enjoys 12 months of sunshine. The hotest months are July & August but even in December & January it is possible to sunbathe. The south of the island where the property is situated has developed from a desert into a beautiful holiday area with a good climate. In the north of the island which is only an hour away the climate is cooler & wetter because of Mount Teide, the highest mountain in Spain, which is in the centre of the island. Mount Teide is a volcano & is itself well worth a visit. On a clear day it is possible to access the top by cable car & see some of the other Canary Islands

Costa Adeje / El Duque area

Costa Adeje has grown up in recent years on the coat around the Hotel Bahia Del Duque which is widely acknowledged as the best hotel on the island. This beautiful location has now attracted very smart designer shops & restaurants but within the complex there are still much cheaper restaurants for every day. The nearby adeje golf course is of international standard & hosted the Spanish Open but there are also more modest courses to choose from

This is a privately owned holiday home & I am pleased to answer any questions by telephone or email. Our changeover day is Friday as this gives clients the widest choice of flights. We ask for 25% deposit on booking & the balance 8 weeks before departure.
