At about half a mile, it is an easy walk straight down to the superb beach and a very short taxi-ride home up the hill if you don't want the exercise. If you hire your own car it is even easier!
The specifications are as you would expect from a development built for the very top of the market. From the polished marble tiles to the hydro massage bath & natural stone finishes, quality is uncompromising. A top of the range kitchen comes fully equipped, & attention to detail throughout is exquisite.
This particular villa boasts comfortable living accommodation on 3 levels. There is a secure, large, triple garage under the house for convenient access on your arrival.
Stairs lead to the main living area of lounge/dining-room with leather sofas and dining table/chairs, ceiling-fans, TV (including English channels)/Radio/DVD Player and double patio-doors opening onto the poolside terrace, with seating, sun-loungers and parasols. The kitchen has all modern appliances including dishwasher, large fridge-freezer and cooker with hob.
Also on the ground floor you will find bedroom one which is suitable for children - with 2 single beds, desk and ceiling-fan plus wardrobe. There is also a separate shower room on this floor.
Upstairs are a further 2 bedrooms - one of which is a twin-bedded room with built-in wardrobes, Dressing Table and ceiling fans. There is a separate shower room.
The Master Bedroom boasts wardrobes, double-bed and ceiling-fan plus a large en-suite bathroom with hydro spa-bath and shower over.
Both of these bedrooms also have balconies with table and chairs to sit out and enjoy the views or take in the sun all day long.
The Villa is a few steps from the communal pools – the main one of which is (properly) heated in the Winter period.

On the south coast of Tenerife, Fañabe is the island’s newest most prestigious resort, popular with tourists and residents alike of a multitude of nationalities. A short distance from the original resorts of Playa de Las Americas and Los Cristianos, Fañabe, Tenerife is a man-made resort, even down to the sand on the famous El Duque beach, but it boasts everything that you could ask for.

Also nearby is Playa Fañabe beach that is great for kids, having a large expanse of darker sand and shallow water, with beach-side restaurants and bars and a whole raft of water-sports facilities to enjoy. You can stroll along the promenade taking in the sunset or stop off for refreshment and respite. However, sun, sea and sand are not all there is to offer; Costa Adeje also contains one of the best golf courses on the island, Golf Costa Adeje, included in the PGA TOUR.
The Plaza del Duque, Fañabe, Tenerife is the ultimate shopping experience, open every day of the year of 10.00 to 22.00 hours. The commercial centre includes fashion shops such as Escada, Eva Divine and Paris Glamour and a gorgeous Cartier jewellery shop. There are a number of restaurants to choose from including Sushi Bliss-Coffee Lounge or the exquisite international cuisine of The Willow Tree.

Fanabe is a quiet resort with the long white sandy beach of El Duque in the Playa de las Americas region of Tenerife . It is fast emerging as one of the top, up and coming areas on the island and gaining a reputation for quality hospitality. If the party contains no children under 14 and there are more than 2 adults, the eldest person in the party must be at least 30 and the party cannot all be the same sex.
All parties undertake to avoid unwelcome disturbance to neighbours – if unwilling to commit to this then clients must not proceed with making a booking.
Failure to observe the above may result in early termination of the booking and/or non-refund of the Security Deposit – at the owner’s discretion.”

We apologise for the fact that non-Friday arrivals have to carry a 10% rental surcharge - to cover for lost rental from us not being able to create back-to-back bookings.
A £200.00 returnable security deposit is required for the booking.
A 20 % deposit is required on booking, with the remaining balance due 12 weeks prior to arrival at the villa. All late bookings require full payment.
Prices include linen, bathroom towels and beach towels. The property is cleaned just before your arrival, we can provide extra maid service if required at extra cost.
If your stay is for 2 weeks or more, the property will be cleaned and the linen & towels changed every 7 days.
OPTIONAL EXTRAS
We can also provide our guests with a welcome pack, which will be placed into the property on arrival day. When booking please specify which pack you require.
Welcome pack A (25 Pounds) consists of, Water, milk, bread, butter, tea, coffee, sugar, orange juice, white wine, red wine, beers, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets (For properties with a dishwasher), hand soap and 2 toilet rolls per toilet.
Welcome pack B (15 Pounds) consists of Water, tea, coffee, milk, sugar, washing up liquid, hand soap and toilet rolls.
The following are also available by request - each of them cost 15 Pounds per week to hire.
