A nice modernly renovated 82m2 apartment with 2 bedroom en suite (2 bathrooms), in a closed community, located in the Costa Adeje/Torviscas/ area.
The apartment contains:
- 1 Bedroom with sofabed & large bathroom en suite,
- Lounge area with sofa and seperate full fitted kitchen with dishwasher.
- 1 bedroom with double bed & large bathroom entuite
- A 24m2 partly covered sunny terrase with table and chairs. The complex pool is 5 m from the front door, through a security gate.
The apartment is uphill from the new GRANSUR shopping center, with shops and 10 restaurants, and here you will also find a Supermarket (Mercadona) open Mon-Sat 09:00 - 22:00.
The apartment is located 5-15 min walking from several of the best beaches of Tenerife..
After passing the security gate, you walk down 4 small stair cases and arive at the groundfloor level, where the apartment is located. In front of the apartment door you will also find an access to the pool area through another security gate.
No need to worry about your belongings while enjoying a day a the Beach or a night out.
The entrance door is a security door, and the terrace is surrounded by a 3 m security fence.
The entire apartment is also fitted with an alarm system connected directly to a central and the police!
The complex have several stairs and it NOT recommended to disabled persons or people with difficulty walking.

Adeje is a city and municipality in the southwestern part of the island of Tenerife, one of the Canary Islands, and part of the province of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Spain. Adeje is also a growing suburb of Tenerife Sur (South Tenerife) and is the westernmost portion of that suburb. It is located about 80 km SW of the island's capital, NW of Los Cristianos and Las Américas of Arona and about 20 km north west of Tenerife South Airport.
Adeje is linked with and is the westernmost of uncardinaled terminus TF1 superhighway at about the 100th km (and is the second westernmost superhighway terminus in Africa after the Madeira Islands) which first opened within the beginning of the 2000s and a highway to the northern part of the island. Farmlands are in the valley areas while forests and grasslands are situated within mount Teide. The Barranco del Infierno is also located nearby.
Its economy is based on business, tourism and agriculture; until the 1990s, agriculture was the dominant industry.
Adeje is also home to Siam Park, the largest water park in Europe.

"Awful, absolute smelly dump save your money book elsewhere."
Booked this for a nine night stay in march. Stayed one night never unpacked no clean bedding on the bed just an old dirty looking sheet and a smelly stained furry blanket and cockroaches on the floor.… More

We are currently staying in this apartment but have been trying to find alternative accommodation without success. On arrival on Tuesday 18th March we were abhorred at the state of the complex -rundow… More
The pool was closed for maintenance and scheduled inspection on the 09th of February this year! During the scheduled maintenance a problem with the filtering system was discovered which lead to a prolonged shut down and awaiting approval by the authorities. At the same time new rules for public pools in residential complexes have been implemented, and need to be ratified and implemented to achieve approval.
The apartment is on the ground floor, and as cockroaches are everywhere in Tenerife, as such it is impossible to guarantee a house 100% free of these. A stroll on the streets and you will encounter cockroaches. The apartment and surrounding is sprayed by a professional company each 4 month (the advised period is each 12 months)

"Quirky apartment, well maintained and clean but in a shabby complex."
Apartment is fine, access down lots of steps and surrounding apartments mostly residential. Good base if you have other places to go during the day fortunately we did. Owner very helpful WiFi was a good bonus.

"Quirky but clean"
We stayed here for 10 nights earlier this year. The property was very clean and owner was a lovely lady. The pool was quiet as the complex has quiet a few permanent residents. The location is further from the resort, we walked everywhere but I think there was a bus route nearby, and a taxi rank only a shirt distance away. The main supermarket/mall was a short distance which was a bonus but assending steep hill on the way back!! As long as you don't have any mobility issues I'd recommend this apartment if your after a cheap place to stay.
