Home description

The apartment is brand new, furnished to high standard and 60 feet -20 meters- from the ocean! Its double terrace and huge solarium offer you the best of the so-closed blue shining ocean.

It's a real privilege enjoying looking at the ocean while having your breakfast or relaxing in the sofas. In the afternoon, you can laze away in a sun bed and sip a cocktail listening to the rustling of the waves.

It is situated between two bays, where the water offers spectacular colours on the reefs. You may as well enjoy the tropical swimming pool "The Floral Lido Lake" at a few steps.

It is an ideal apartment for those who like to enjoy the so-closed sea front in his authentic quietness, without the hustle and bustle of the over crowded tourist areas.

The Tenerife region

This is one of the most privileged parts of the world and is the ideal holiday destination as it offers plenty to do and see during any season. Tenerife benefits of a micro-climate that allows you to enjoy the beaches and the sea-side all year long.

Tenerife looks as a rough triangular structure which blends into beaches and coves. As the sand approaches, exhausted and surrendered to the sea, it offers the visitor a series of contrasts and attractions which have made Tenerife one of the main cornerstones of international tourism.

Tenerife offers places, attractions, excursions and activities for all ages.
Dolfins and whales sightseeing excursions, summer chill out cruises, exotic park as cactus and animal parks, huge waterpark, jeep safari, Karting club, paragliding (tandem flights), scuba diving, trekking, quad safari, water skiing, golf, Spa, jazz clubs and chill out bars for the evening, shows restaurants, casino and much more.

Dear guests, I will provide you with a list of websites you could discover with more information on each attraction or excursion of interest sothat you could prepare your journey before coming to the island in case you don't know it yet.


Costa Adeje area

PLAYA PARAISO / CALLAO SALVAJE AREA

The quaint resort of Playa Paraiso is situated between the village of Callao Salvaje and El Puertito and has both a local residential and tourist population as well as four and five stars hotels.

The famous Golf of Costa Adeje is just 5 minutes drive from the apartment.

In the apartment you'll find documentation of touristic interest (excursions, gastronomy, English Tenerife magazine, map, ....). You'll find as well two maps I've prepared myself with very good indications of the roads and the exact location of main restaurants, shopping centrums, night clubs, ...

At a short walking distance from the apartment you may enjoy the tropical swimming pool, the "Lake Lido". They ask a small entrance fee of 6€/1pers, 8€/2pers, 10€/3pers and 12€/4pers., included in the price the sun beds and mattresses. They have a bar-restaurant and a playground for children.

If you prefer to pamper you and relax in warm water and bubbles, the Spa "Azules de Nivaria" which is besides offers a brand new thermal circuit with hydro massage pool, toning pool, whirlpool, Turkish bath, Roman thermal bath, Finnish sauna, relaxation lounge with thermo beds, flotation room, gymnasium, aesthetic treatments, hairdresser and beauty all this in a very refined environment linked to the five stars hotels "Rocas de Nivaria". The entrance fee is 20 € and gets to 17€ if you buy 5 tickets and to just 14,5€ if you buy 10 tickets.

At a few steps you have an excursion office where you can reserve any kind of excursion, daily or nocturne attractions with transport.

There is as well an office that offers Internet services, fax, cheap international phone calls, ...

On the maritime path in the same complex of the apartment, there is a very good Italian restaurant that prepares homemade fresh pasta.
In the area of Playa Paraiso, there are little local restaurants, a few bars and 2 local supermarkets (open 7/7 days 9am to 9 pm) that sell as well English products.

You may also enjoy the refined restaurants from different styles in the four and five stars hotels, where external guests are welcome:

The "Roca Nivaria Gran Hotel" ***** offers the "Gavoe Buffet Restaurant" with show cooking and ocean view as well as the restaurant "A la carte" with international cuisine served by candlelight.

The "Bahia Principe Tenerife" and "Bahia Principe Costa Adeje" (www.bahia-principe.com) offer 5 restaurants especialized respectively in seafood, italian, spanish and international cuisine. There is as well a discotheque "La Fiesta" where external guests are welcome.

The next village, "Callao Salvaje", at a few minutes drive, offers as well a few restaurants (French, English, Italian and Spanish cuisines)

The area of Playa Paraiso is very quiet. For people who like to enjoy nightlife, Playa de Las Americas is at 10 minutes drive. By taxi it would be 20 €uros. If you rent a car, as it is advised, you can use the main roads to get there, which is quiet quick and easy.

It is 20 minutes from the airport. The taxi would cost 35€uros.
If you prefer to rent a car, I represent the most important local rent a car company, Niza Cars, widely established on the Canary Islands. I'll be pleased to book a car for you. According to your preference, you could have it available at the airport on arrival or at their local office of Playa Paraiso near the apartment the same day or next day. If you take it from the airport, I'll provide you with a detailed map I prepared myself that will help you find your way without any difficulties.
The Niza car company has also a local office in Playa Paraiso very near the apartment. During your stay you won't have to walk far to consult them for any question in relation with the car.
The rent is associated with a nice attention: they would give you a glossy magazine with a serie of vouchers of reductions on a large variety of excursions, shows, ...

The apartment is 119 square yards (100 m2), more a solarium of 83 square yards (70 m2) and a double terrace to the sea.

Living room with a 32’ Plasma HD television, satellite (Astra), DVD player (with DVD provided in English and French), hi-fi system (accepts MP3 CDs) and an office table in a separate corner for your laptop. There is a telephone (for reception of calls and to access national numbers) and Internet/Wi-fi connection (30€/week and 25€/week when min. 2 weeks rent). It has an easy pull-out sofa bed for 2 persons (150 cm wide = 60 inches). Terrace with sea view with a small drink table and chairs.

Fully and new equipped kitchen with large fridge and freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, a vitro ceramic cooker, an electrical kettle and a wide set of kitchen utensils and plenty of storage.

Two bedrooms. The first one has a double bed (63 inches/160 cm wide) and a large smoked mirror at the ceiling. The second bedroom has 2 single beds.
We can provide a cot, a car seats, a pushchairs and a baby walker. You can easily leave the pushchairs in the hall (it is a private staircase and hall), at the ground level for your commodity.

2 shower rooms with wc in each. Washing machine.

Children: many items are available for young children (cot, highchairs, Prenatal park, buggies, special table for bathing and changing babies)

The terrace / balcony / solarium areas are where we ask any smokers to indulge as we do encourage a non-smoking policy inside the actual brand new apartment.

Further details outdoors:
There is a huge solarium of 83 square yards/70 m2 that offers a very wide and breath taking view to the sea. Its privacy makes it ideal for integral sunbathing.

It is equipped with an authentic BBQ (traditional cooking with wood or vegetal carbon, no gas) with a full set of ustencils.

It has a wooden set of table and 6 chairs under a pergola with a sliding awning to wine and dine in the sun or at the shadow according to your taste.
It also has 4 sun beds with yellow mattresses, a shower, and a storage room.

The complex has no private swimming pool but you may enjoy the tropical swimming pool just at 100 meters walk. The Lake Lido welcomes you for a small charge in which comes included the sun beds and mattresses: 6€/1pers, 8€/2pers, 10€/3pers and 12€/4pers. There is a bar-restaurant and a playground for children.

Welcome:
I will be at the apartment to welcome you on your arrival. When you book your flights, please check it doesn’t arrive at night, because I may welcome you from early morning to late evening but I won’t be available at night and I cannot leave you the key anywhere.

Check in and check out time:
I organize the changeover day for the best comfort of my guests.
I try to arrange it in order you could take possession of the apartment from the moment of your arrival (except night).
The same, the day of your departure, I try to organize the changeover in order you can combine the check out time with the airport.
In some occasion, considering I must organize the cleaning between two occupations, there could be a slight time difference.
I would be gratefull if you could give me your flights schedules.


Conditions

Price: 700 €uros/week and 100 €uro/extra night.
Prices listed are per property per week for 4 persons occupancy.
Supplement of 35 €uro per person per week (except young children).
The maximum occupancy is 6 persons.
The cost includes water and electricity.
Telephone and Internet/Wi-fi access: 30€/week and 25€/week when minimum two weeks rent

Deposit and balance:
25% of rental fee at the booking. It can be paid with credit card through secure payment PayPal system or by bank transfer.
This deposit won't be returned in case of a cancellation.
Balance paid on arrival in cash euro

Guaranty:
Refundable breakages deposit of 300 €uros/250GBP required on arrival to be refunded before departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection). If you don't belong to the €uro zone you may pay it in your currency.

Short term breaks: 4 nights stay would be exceptionally accepted when there is less than one week left between two bookings.

Linen and towels are provided. Beach towels are not provided.
No cleaning service is included.
One linen service a week is included if required.
The cost includes water and electricity.


Smoking:
We adopt a non-smoking politic. It is strictly no smoking except on the balcony and solarium.

Your apartment is absolutely out of this world. Beautifully furnished and very clean.

.The large solarium upstairs is fantastic, it has everything you need , we spent a lot of time up there and it is so private, with the sun all day , We wined and dine looking out at the ocean and watched the sunsets at night , What more can anyone want. It is just like paradise.

"When we were looking for a place to spend three weeks, we did a lot of Web browsing to find a good place to stay for our vacation. As soon as we found your apartment on your web site we thought it was perfect - BUT where's the catch? - we wondered. Is the apartment situated in a loud neighborhood, is the walking distance to the shops short enough when traveling with small children, how is the view actually and a lot of more questions. We e-mailed these questions to you and immediately got replies - again and again.

When we arrived, tired from a long journey, everything was as we hoped for. Super apartment with everything to ask for and perfectly situated "On The Rocks - In The Water". Two bedrooms with GOOD beds! Two bathrooms with everything working and an exceptional roof terrace (solarium) with BBQ, sink and a unique view.

When a light bulb was broke - we just had to call. You and your husband fixed it and even installed electric lights at the BBQ when I noticed that the moonlight was not sufficient to provide enough light to guarantee the red hot charcoal results... :-)

We came to relax - and succeeded!
