Casa Jade is a Stunning Modern built Villa, set over 2 storeys and is situated within a Quiet Residential area that overlooks the fabulous Del Duque/Fanabe Coastline. This Villa still retains a more traditional theme, with Quality Furnishings and Furniture throughout. There are typical ceramic tiled Terraces, front and rear for sun-bathing and the Pool is completely surrounded by synthetic grass for comfort and safety.
This Villa is fully equipped with everything you would need for your stay in a Spacious and Relaxing atmosphere. All bedrooms are large, two with en-suite and two with Balcony Terraces enjoying views of the pool, mountains and local coastline. The kitchen has been fully extended, providing additional space. Great for families and couples who need to be near all the amenities aswell as being close to the best beaches the South of Tenerife can offer!
The Heated Swimming Pool (October onwards) is a generous size, 8 metres x 5 metres with ample sunbeds and cushions. Also provided are 2 further Garden chairs for relaxing in the privacy of the rear Terrace. The raised Lounge Terrace has been equipped with table and 6 chairs for Al Fresco dining.
The 'Gran Sur Shopping Complex' is nearby with Bars, Restaurants, Shops, Bank, Supermarket and Taxi Rank. The Local Shop and Bar/Restaurant 'Fase Uno' is only a 3 minute walk.

Contract - On arrival at the villa, the temporary rental to third parties agreement should be signed subject to Law 29/1994 24th November of urban rentals (LAU) BOE num. 282, 25th November 1994. Especially and expressly point 2 article 3 of the Section I of said law. A copy of your passport will also be required.

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands and has plenty to offer, in all seasons, because of the excellent climate 365 days a year. It also boast the highest mountain peak in Spain, being Mount Teide, a dormant Volcano which dominates the landscape at 3,817 metres high. Mount Teide is part of the Islands National Park and offers an array of excursions, including The Observatory, for those fascinating 'Star Gazing' opportunities. Well worth a visit!
If the coast with its breathtaking landscapes, stunning beaches are not enough for you, the Island has a range of sporting facilities such as Golf, fishing, scuba diving, whale and dolphin watching, sailing, surfing, water skiing, windsurfing, tennis, cycling and the list continues!
The Shopping in Santa Cruz, the Islands Capital, is definitely worth a day out and you can always stop for Tapas whilst you take a lunch-break. Alternatively, why not try out the fabulous Tenerife Auditorium to experience one of the wonderful Concerts, Operas or Ballets they offer!
Tenerife does have something for everyone!
The Costa Adeje / El Madronal de Fanabe area
El Madronal is a quiet, residential area in Fanabe, Adeje, set between the coast and the El Roque mountains. This lovely Villa commands fabulous views of some the best known coastline in the South of Tenerife.
Whilst the location is quiet all amenities are close by. The 'Gran Sur Commercial Centre', nearby, houses great shops, a bank, large supermarket, several bars and numerous International cuisine Restaurants. Bus Services and Taxis Rank are also serviced from this Centre. Including the Cinema, just in case you want to watch a film.
Playa Fanabe beach is a large expanse of sand, with beach-side restaurants and bars and a whole 'raft' of water sport opportunities. Or, you can simply stroll along the Promenade, take in the Sunsets and relax over your choice of Tapas and Sangria.
The Plaza del Duque, is the ultimate 5 star Shopping Experience. This Centre specialises in Top Name Designer Shops and Cartier Jewellery. There are also a number of refined Restaurants to choose from including Classy Cocktail Lounges. Treat yourself!!
However, sun, sea and sand are not all there is on offer! Costa Adeje also contains one of the best Golf Courses on the Island, Golf Costa Adeje, included in the PGA Tour. Also nearby is, the New Theme Park, 'Siam Park', ideal for all age groups and a Great Day out.
Fanabe and Del Duque are very popular destinations for the more discerning holiday guest!
