New to the rental market luxury 3, 4 and 5 bedroom villas in a prestigious zone of Costa Adeje - El Duque.
Habitas Del Duque are in an excellent location, all are designed with wonderful interior/exteriors, All have private swimming pools that can be heated on request. The pools are set in spacious gardens complete with artificial lawns and patio area with Barbeque facilities perfect for those warm Tenerife nights. There also have private garages for those who wish to rent a car. All rooms are spacious and bright and air conditioned, decorated in modern and minimalist style.

The villas have separate kitchens which are fully equipped for a self-catering holidays. The bedrooms are light and airy and differ in size depending on which of the villas you rent but have fitted wardrobes and plenty of closet space.

The interior facilities will vary slightly depending on the size villa you are requesting, but all the villas have the same high quality standard. When booking we will clarify all facilities for you.

These villas are Ideal for family vacations, situated in a luxury tourist area, it is a quiet zone but close to all amenities and just a short walk to the beach approximately 150 meters, this is the beach of Playa Del Duque a beautiful beach on a fantastic coastal walk taking you around the stunning 5 star hotels in the area, Here you are within a 10 minutes’ drive from Adeje golf course and 5 minutes from a high-performance sports facility Tenerife Top Training T3 where a lot of the top football clubs come to train in the winter months. This more up market area is more suited to people not wanting intense night life but a more refined holiday enjoying the good location, fine restaurants and good facilities. You can easily get into Playa de las Americas by bus or taxi when you want to sample the local nightlife.

Also if there’s anything in particular that you would like when you rent the villa please state at this time and we will do our best to arrange it for you. The Tenerife region

The Island of Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands. It is positioned just off the west coast of Africa, and enjoys year round sunshine with temperatures averaging between 20 - 27 centigrade throughout the year. Mount Teide is the highest mountain in Spain, and at 3,718 metres, the top is covered for much of the winter months in snow! There are many sights to see throughout the island, far too numerous to mention.

We have in our villas a book called 'Tenerife Select' - an exclusive destination. This lists the best attractions, restaurants, sports and all the important telephone numbers you may need during your stay. Whilst we would consider a car to be recommended, please take advantage of the 'Island tour' which picks up locally. This is a full day, and means that your driver can also relax and take in the lovely views.

The Costa Adeje / El Duque area

El Duque is famous tourist center of Tenerife. Al fiestas are here.. A lot of restaurants, bars. The main bus station is here..

El Duque has everything what you need is in walking distance, quiet and beautiful area with fantastic views, 150 met. walk to one of the best beaches in the South of Tenerife - , many restaurants, cafes, shops.
