This delightful semi detached 3 bedroom property is situated in the Stunning area of Costa Adeje, very close to the fabulous Costs Adeje golf course. Its truly stunning furnishings throughout makes this villa stand out from the rest.
You enter the villa from ground floor level which consists of air conditioned lounge with 2 x Leather sofas and dining area which has 6 matching leather chairs and is complimented with a large widescreen plasma with British terrestorial TV channels, DVD players, Hi fi etc, there are patio doors which lead out to the stunning pool and terrace. The modern fitted Kitchen has granite work surfaces, dishwasher, oven hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer and everything you need in a sophisticated home. Off the kitchen a large laundry area with washing machine and other laundry facilities. This level also provides bedroom 1 with twin beds and separate shower room with a shower cubicle. The 1st floor consists of 2 of the 3 bedrooms all with en suite. Bedroom one and two has double beds and balcony overlooking the terrace and sea views. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have superb fitted wardrobes. All En Suites consist of showers, handbasins and WC. There is also a safe installed for your private use. Wifi is available at an additional charge of £20 per week.
The outside of the villa has stunning sea views. The artificial lawned terrace has 6 sun loungers with mattresses for you to use and an outdoor shower. There is outside seating under a shaded pergola with a stylish table and chairs for 6 people. The private heated pool is only heated in the winter months end October to end of April to approx 28 Degrees in temperature. The pool is 8m x 3.5m in size and is 1.00 to 1.40 m in depth and has roman steps to walk into. There is also a BBQ for your enjoyment. There is a private drive at the front of the villa for those that hire a car. This remarkable villa is everything you want and more and is very good value for money. All linen and towels are provided and a welcome pack is included.
The manager of this property lives nearby. He is on hand in case of any unforeseen matters. The owner maintains the property on a regular basis in order to keep the villa to a high standard throughout. You will be greeted on arrival to be shown around the villa and to give general advice regarding the local area. We would also like to mention that the villa is in a very quiet area therefore there is no building work going on.

Prices quoted above are for 6 people.
For all school half term and Easter weeks please add an additional £100 per week for the villa only
In order to book this accommodation we require a deposit of £200 per week for the villa.
You can pay by the following ways;

3. Post a UK cheque to our address in the UK.
4. Payment into our Paypal account.

Details of addresses and bank accounts will be emailed to you when you confirm you want to book..
As you will be greeted on arrival at the villa you have the option to pay the final balance on arrival in cash (sterling or Euros) or sterling travellors cheques. This is to put your mind at rest and that we and the villa is genuine. However you can pay 6 weeks before your arrival date if that suits.
Once a deposit has been received your booking will be confirmed and the calender updated.
There is also a comprehensive book of notes situated in the lounge that is packed with information concerning the villa, the surrounding area and indeed Tenerife itself. This book also contains emergency phone numbers.
We also have a full comprehensive information pack concerning all the excursion trips, theme parks, etc that this beautiful island has to offer. You can even book your trips through us and we will offer you our discount. Further still we offer free advise and deliver your tickets to the villa at no extra cost.

Tenerife has a number of busy resorts with many bars, chic nightclubs, discos and casinos. Resturants and cafe's are plentiful. The quieter resorts offer a more peaceful environment to chillout for a blissful holiday destination.
Situated just a few miles along the coast from Playa de las Americas, the small fishing village of La Caleta has in more recent years seen a boom in Hotel developments (such as the Sheraton La Caleta & the Costa Adeje Palace) and upmarket private developments, however the beautiful harbour and heart of the fishing village has been relatively untouched.
The harbour and the real La Caleta, Here you can wonder along the sea front passing the many quality fish restaurants where the local catches are prepared, cooked and served for you in traditional Canarian style
Truly a fantastic location for all your needs and with the added bonus of lovely views. Fantastic location with great views, Siam park is a 10 minute drive away along with the Aqua water park.
Car is highly recommended. The nearest Shops, Restaurants, Bars, supermarkets etc are a 5 minute drive away.
