About the home

Located in a secure well maintained complex. The apartment has all the facilities to make your holiday feel like home. As well as enjoying sunshine all day long, the terrace also has a shaded area with comfy sofa and dining area - a George Foreman grill is provided for your BBQ's.

There is a large communal swimming pool with walk in shallow end - ideal for children.

For the active there are plenty of watersports available on the beach. Take a trip on one of the catamarans to see the dolphins or visit Siam water theme park - the largest in Europe.

It's a golfers paradise too with the superb Costa Adeje Championship Golf Course less than10 minutes drive away - featuring an 18 hole championship course, a short nine hole course and a driving range. There are a number of other quality courses nearby. We have golf clubs available for hire if required.

Tenerife Top Training is also within 10 minutes drive at La Caleta - new sports centre with superb facilities including swimming, tennis, squash, beach volleyball, badminton, sauna, it even has 2 full size football pitches.

Very spacious well equipped and maintained apartment. Master bedroom with kingsize bed and full on suite bathroom. 2nd bedroom has 2 single beds. Lounge has double sofa bed so could sleep 6. Plenty of wardrobe space, linen and towels. Just bring beach towels. Second full bathroom - ideal for families or sharing couples. Cot available on request. 2 hot water tanks so never a shortage of hot water. Floor fans are provided but are very rarely needed as the shaded area of the terrace outside the apartment keeps the sun out and the apartment cool.

Further details outdoors:
There are roll down blinds on the terrace, making it perfect for all year round al fresco dining.
The uncovered area of the terrace has a further patio table and 4 chairs, 6 sunbeds with mattresses, 2 recliner chairs and parasol.
The sun comes on to the terrace about 10am and stays until sunset.
The terrace is a very peaceful area on which to chill out during the day or at night time.

Strictly no smoking in the apartment except on the terrace.

The Tenerife region

Tenerife is the largest of the Canary Islands, primarily known for it's excellent, all year weather and is often referred to as the 'Island of Eternal Spring'. It is an Island of natural contrasts, lush green Northern landscapes and hotter, near desert-like terrains in the South where the temperatures only vary by 10C between summer and winter.
Once you have visited this lovely Island of Tenerife, you may never holiday anywhere else again!

The Costa Adeje area

The apartment is minutes from the Del Duque seafront which is very upmarket and has lovely beachfront bars, restaurants and shops. The upmarket "Plaza Del Duque" is nearby, with it's designer shops and classy restaurants and bars.
Just across the road from the complex are a number of 5* hotels (Riu, Sheraton, H10), where you are able to enjoy their facilities and entertainment if required.
Head east and you can literally walk miles along the seafront promenade, firstly reaching the Fanabe area, about 20 mins stroll away, where you will find many more restaurants and lively bars.
Walking further on the seafront you will reach the Torviscas area and the marina, just beyond that is lively Playa De Las Americas and Los Christianos.
The less energetic can easily catch a taxi or bus (taxi rank and bus stop both across the road from the complex).
Alternatively, head west to the quiet fishing village of La Caleta, about 15 mins stroll, an area renowned for it’s superb fish restaurants.
There are several beautiful places to visit if you enjoy walking in the mountains - ask for details.
